Located in the prestigious, gated and 24-hour security-guarded community in Kailua-Kona, situated directly fronting the deep sapphire blue waters of Kona Bay. Only steps away from a private sandy beach and within walking distance to tennis and town.

Perfect retreat for that special get-away, family reunions, entertaining, or just plain relaxing.

A short stroll along the oceanfront leads you to a sandy, reef-protected beach cove lagoon which is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and playing in the sand. Abundant tide pools, which offer great exploration for children and teens, dot the lava rock shelf fronting the homes in the area. The beach cove is not staffed with lifeguards and does not have beach furniture, but portable beach chairs are provided at the house. You may also have views of turtles, dolphins, and whales (in the winter season).

From the house you can walk to tennis courts or into Kailua-Kona for entertainment, dining, and shopping. The sandy swimming beaches and resort areas of Hualalai, Waikoloa, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea are an easy 20-45 minute drive up the lava-fringed Kohala coast. Just a few minutes drive to the south are the world-famous Kona coffee plantations, snorkeling bays of Keahou and Kealakekua, and historic sites including the City of Refuge and Captain Cook Monument. There are several golf courses, play fields, movie theaters, and other recreation in Kailua-Kona within a few minutes drive.

Oceanfront Master Suite - Spacious room featuring King-size Bed, a custom designed, dolphin-motif stained glass window, oversized marble Jacuzzi spa, double vanities, large double-head shower, walk-in closet, and a private lanai off the master suite overlooking the spectacular ocean.

Guest House Suites - Each bedroom suite has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, seating area and private bathroom.

Ohana Unit - The home also has a private attached spacious unit that has 2-double beds.  Sleeps four people.

Kitchen - The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, just bring your food!

Home Office - A convenient home office provides you with all the necessities to stay in touch while on vacation, including desk, computer, fax/printer/copier, phone, and office supplies. High speed cable modem with an Ethernet cable is provided.

Game Room/Bar - Conveniently stocked with ice maker, wet bar, beverage fridge, glassware, blender, game table and games and books.

Accessibility - The kitchen and dining room are elevated a few steps but there is a ramp from the pool deck into the kitchen which makes the entire lower level very accessible including pool, patio, living room, den, bar/game room, and 3-bedrooms.
