There are "big view" windows just off the spacious kitchen and dining area, which is a very comfortable spot to watch the yachts go by and overlook the deep-water canal across from Clearwater yacht and marina. Just out your back sliding door is a giant wood deck with hot tub overlooking the open water views. There’s a large umbrella which covers the table and chairs for the perfect dining experience.

A private boat slip and boat lift its ready for your boat, sailboat, and/or jet ski. It's lift rated for 11,000 lb. And for the fishermen we provide a large ice maker for your use, perfect for icing down your fish or beverages. We provide quality linens. Our large cozy beds are covered with high-count cotton sheets and quality comforters.

We provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and anything needed for the kitchen, including dish towels, new a scrubby pad at each sink, a roll of paper towels and napkins.

Every kitchen is decked out with everything you'll need to cook and entertain, including major appliances, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, electric mixer.

Quality pots and pans, dishes, mixing bowls, serving trays, a cutting board, baking and oven trays, drinking and wine glasses, flatware, paring/chopping/eating knifes, and a large assortment of cooking utensils for inside and outdoor grilling.

Also include is a new scrubby pad at each kitchen sink, a small amount of paper plates, the must have "red plastic cups", insulated on-the-go coffee cups, napkins, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, spray cleaner and trash bags. And to get you started, a morning coffee bar (coffee, tea, sweetener, creamer) is provided.

There are three large malls within a 30 minute drive. It's also very close to two International airports: Tampa International and St. Pete/Clearwater. Theme parks are just a short trip away, with Busch Gardens and Adventure Island 30 minutes away and the Orlando parks (Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World).

Our guests are always surprised at how we seem to 'have thought of everything' to make their stay comfortable. We hope to have provided you with everything you need (and hate to have to buy on vacation!) including extras in the kitchen, like saran wrap and aluminum foil in the cabinets, paper towels and bathroom tissue, soaps, shampoos AND everything you need for the perfect day at the beach! We normally have sand castle building toys, beach chairs, and use our big ice maker to fill that cooler with plenty of ice for your day at the beach!
