Offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for approximately 4000 SQF. Spacious living room, which overlooks the pool patios and provides a great view of the beach.

New furnishings and a spacious layout. Garage apartment, complete with kitchenette and queen bed is an added bonus for a bit of privacy. Ideal set up for a family wanting to get away and have privacy. Directly on the beach, the Pink Palace is one of our Gulf front rentals and in high demand. With its wide open views of the Gulf of Mexico and private pool and hot tub. The Pink Palace features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to sleep 12 guests. As soon as you walk in, in the first floor is the first bedroom with two queen beds, gourmet kitchen, butler pantry, spacious living room.

Sweeping staircase in the entry way and imported chandeliers throughout the home. Second floor is the master suite with a king bed which provides magnificent water views and has private balcony along with a large bathroom. Second master is located on the second floor with one queen bed and in suite bath.

A private apartment in the back of the property, is included as the fourth bedroom. The apartment is a secluded, private and separate part of the house, it features a bedroom with a queen bed, small kitchen, full bath, 60"TV, DVD player, stereo & complete entertainment center. The apartment can be rented separately or together with the main house. If rented separately, there may be occupants in the main house.

This makes for a total of 1 king, 4 queen beds and 1 pullout sofa to sleep 12 guests. Extra air mattresses and baby equipment may be available for use. Both the ocean and private swimming pool, calm breezes and incredible sunsets right before you from the deck, living room, or mastersuite. Fall asleep to sounds of the waves at night as the master bedroom faces the beach and large glass French doors open to view the moonlight gulf. During the day, see the dolphins that frolic on this stretch of beach.

This property is not suited for guests who are unable to walk up 10 steps as the entry to the home is elevated slightly.
