You will find gear for many activities right in your condo. There are companies that rent other equipment and give guided tours or lessons all along the Eastside Coconut Coast. You'll want to explore Kauai's lush trails, including those along the dramatic NaPali Coast and Hanalei Bay. Hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding are just a few of the possible day's diversions. For the more adventurous, there's also hang gliding, deep-sea fishing, water-skiing and helicopter rides. All activities come with free-of-charge, breath-stealing, natural beauty. Also, while you can’t use this as an excuse every time you want to come, Kauai is a popular place to get married as well as to honeymoon.
Everything you need is within strolling distance. Coconut Marketplace, just down the road from Waipouli Beach Resort, is a treasure-filled wonderland. Kauai Village is right across the road. Wander around either one and you'll find boutiques, fine dining spots, hole-in-the-wall eateries, authentic Hawaiian shops, jewelry stores, art galleries, healing and wellness centers, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. You'll spot everything from fresh leis to fresh vegetables, aloha shirts to hibiscus soaps, and hand-carved koa bowls to handmade quilts.

Policy
Rental Policy:
There is a three-night minimum stay required year round, except during Holiday season
There is an additional 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax, for a total of 13.42% in taxes. Daily housekeeping is not included. Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Clean linens and bath and pool towels are supplied with the unit, but linen changes and daily maid service are not included. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. No pets are allowed. Licensed companion and guide animals are permitted. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or other method through Paypal. The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. The full 75% balance is due no later than 60 (sixty) days prior to check-in date. Your reservation will be cancelled if deposit is not received within this time.
Refund Policy:
The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit 50% of the payment.
