Beautiful historical vintage cottage on Dream Street, ocean view, short 75ft. walk to the beach. The house is located on a quiet street corner, perfect for people watching and seeing the local community of Cannon Beach.
The house is only 1 block from the downtown area, so guests can take a short walk if they want to grab a bite to eat, or just want to see some of the local colors.
The house is fully furnished and equipped and there is a large deck on the second floor with a beautiful view of the mountain range.

Rates
$300 per night includes all fees and taxes.
First night deposit required within 7 days to confirm dates. Deposit credited to your final balance. The balance of total rental fee to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
One week minimum June thru September.
Oct thru May, 2 night minimum.
Holidays subject to 3-4 night minimum.
No off-season rates. 30 day cancellation for a full refund less a $25 handling fee.
Later cancellations will forfeit the deposit or will be applied to a later date. No refunds will be given for early departure.
Check In is 3:00 P.M. and Check Out is 12:00 Noon
There is no maid service and we expect the Cottage to be left reasonably clean.
