Pacific Idyll is an ocean view property located in Seabrook, Washington. Pacific Idyll's main house has three well-furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a third floor game room. There is also a beautiful oceanview deck on the second floor, and an uncovered front porch with lounge seating and a dining area. If you're interested in the ocean, take a stroll down the beach walkover, or enjoy the view from the oceanfront covered pavilion.

In addition to the large main house, Pacific Idyll offers a carriage house (located above the garage), for extra guests. The carriage house has two bedrooms and is perfect for the teenagers in your group, or vacationing with the in-laws.

Seabrook
Seabrook is located on the west coast of the United States in Washington State. From Seattle, go 27 miles South and 85 miles West (to the coast) and you are in Seabrook. The Olympic National Park is just 30 minutes from Seabrook, and Pacific Beach is just minutes away.

Weather
The weather is very moderate, almost identical to the Oregon Coast. Since weather systems are not blocked by any mountain ranges, there is more sun than the Seattle or Portland areas.

Rental Rates
Rates vary by the season and range from $295 per night to $465 per night. Please contact us for availability and specific rates for your rental.

Deposit & Payment
A  deposit is required  equal to the first night rent plus tax to hold a reservation. This will be charged at the time reservation is made. The credit card you provide will be used for remaining balance unless other arrangements are made. Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to reservation. Rates are subject to Washington State sales and lodging tax. All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Refunds
Should the need arise to cancel your reservation prior to 21 days of your arrival, regardless of reason (including bad weather, illness or economic factors), a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs after the 21 days, you will forfeit the first night rental amount of the home plus tax.

No refunds are given if you cancel within 48 hours of check in. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home for mechanical failure of non-essential items. Management reserves the right to terminate your contract with no refund if any rules set forth have been ignored.
