"Chateaux 101
We stayed two weeks at Chateaux 101. We arrived to a clean and inviting condo. Most of what we needed in the kitchen was provided. We enjoyed the Gulf view and spectacular sunsets from the balcony or from the beach just steps from the condo. The elevator and laundry room were very convenient just outside the 101 entry. We hope to come back to Chateaux 101 again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Gulf front unit to rent."

"Relaxing getaway
Beautiful location and super condo. Bright and very clean. King bed was great and dark curtains in bedroom let us sleep in when needed. Wrap around balcony was the best for viewing the beach and eating out to be able to always get out of the sun. Extra 2 windows added extra light and more views of the water. Just loved it. Ate supper out every night and never had a bad meal. Pool and beach were kept very clean. Nothing bad to say and have reservations already for 2023. That says it all. Owner was so nice and no issues with unit or renal agency. Thanks all . "

"Happy Place 2022
Our vacation was pretty much perfect. The floors in our condo were dirty when we arrived. They should be washed between rentals. The pool rules were not followed as there is no one on site to supervise the usage. Otherwise it was a perfect stay, We have had the same condo for many years and already booked for next year."

"Feedback
Overall "pretty good" but not nearly the great experience(s) we've had in the past. A couple main issues were, we were unable to lock the sliding glass door, and the dishwasher didn't work. The other issues were we were right above the gate and 1/2 the people slammed it. It was loud and annoying. Lastly, it was like there was a daycare above us. Constant running from morning till night. "

"Beach trip 2019
We have been staying at the chateau for 5 years and it's a beautiful place and very quiet but this year has been very different.there were to many people for each condo they were at the pool till early hours in the morning being very loud,,there was one family that had at least 20 people that came out of 1 condo room,,,it was a little bit upsetting for us,,the pool stayed very cloudy because of so many people in it day and night,"

We fell in love with Chateau 101. Being an end unit it had a double balcony with double views of the ocean. And the owner set it up with all the comforts of home. We couldn't have asked for more, and hope we can come back soon."

"Great Show Every Evening!
The sunsets were awesome and the view from the balcony was perfect. The condo was very well-maintained and perfect for my wife and I. It was larger than it appeared in the photos and was decorated nicely. The kitchen was well-supplied and contained many useful items like scissors and notebooks and pens. When we first arrived, we noticed that the outside table was missing. Apparently it had gone missing after a bad storm. The owners were so thoughtful. The next day they had a new table delivered and assembled, even though I did not ask them to. Florida Lifestyle was very kind and helpful. My wife asked for a second set of sheets and they had them delivered and looked brand new. The pool was the warmest pool I have ever been in. The balcony got a nice mix of sun and shade because of the wraparound. We saw a lot of dolphins from the balcony. Also, we seldom used the elevator because of being on the first floor. It was nice having the laundry right across the hall. The storage closet contained many useful items that we didn’t have to bring like beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. We took advantage of the Beach Trolley and used it a lot. It was the perfect condo for us and we can’t wait to come back."

"Location was Key!
The Condo was larger that I expected. Very clean and the kitchen and bath towels were well stocked. The view was breathtaking. We would have breakfast and evening appetizers on the patio over the gulf. The condo was located only a short drive from several excellent restaurants. Also close for day trips to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Ybor City and Tampa."

Condo was bright due to wrap around balcony. Some things outdated like carpeting and drapes but all mechanicals worked. Being on the first floor allowed us to use the stairs or elevator. Great pool and beach.Restaurants close by. Very efficient rental agency."

"2018 Vacation Rental
Great location, convenient to beach and parking. Unit is in need of serious upgrade. Kitchen cabinets and countertops are original & old. Furniture and rugs need to be updated. Outside deck furniture are the cheap (Walmart type) white plastic. A chase lounge and chair were broken when we arrived, but were placed with the other pieces.
The sliding door leading to the deck is badly corroded and difficult to close."

Had a very relaxing stay in your condo. The location and view were second to none. The sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was much bigger than shown on the pictures. I would recommend the owner replace the carpeting with tile. Our feet would be black after walking on the carpet, and you could feel the dampness in the rug from the humidity. Had a leak in the kitchen drain. After we called to report the problem, it was taken care of the next day."

Nice location on the beach. Great weather for late February! Very comfortable condo. The fitted bedsheet wouldn't stay in needs to be replaced. More than one roll of TP, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags should be provided to weekly renters. "

We loved it! Seen two dolphins from our condo! Beautiful beach with lots of shells to find. Warm pool and never crowded. Condo was perfect with all the extras! Only thing is they only provide one roll of toilet paper which when we got groceries the first night we siding realize that so we had to make another trip but it wasn't a big deal. I thought bed sucked (hard) but my husband loved it. So it just depends on your preference. It was clean and comfy. And a very safe location with good places to eat near by. "

Everything was PERFECT! From Florida Lifestyle to the condo to the owners!! The views from the condo are breathtaking! Its a very large fully stocked condo, just like being at home, except at my house we don't have the beautiful gulf out the back door!! We were there the week Hurricane Hermine hit. The owner emailed me to make sure we were ok!! All around, a wonderful experience and I can not wait to go back!!!"

"Unit 101 - Nice
In general, everything was great! To make the stay perfect I would suggest the two following items; 1) Get a better mattress for the bed. The current one is extremely hard 2) Get more comfortable pillows for the bed. The current pillows are very thin and not much if any support at all. But the unit is very clean, great location, decorated nicely and a well stocked kitchen in the appliances area."

Loved the location at Indian Shores. Loved the overall property although would like the opportunity for grilling. The locked gates and restrooms were a hassle but appreciate the security. Also think the property should update to keyless entries to condo units. Condo was clean but had a strong cleaning, chemical smell which was unpleasant the first few days. Loved the size of unit and the views - we would definitely stay here again."

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this first floor, corner unit, gulf-front condo. The furnishings were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great beach vacation - including comfy beach chairs and a big beach umbrella. The owner worked with my schedule and allowed me to stay for this irregular 11-night booking...even allowing for a late check-out. We will definitely be staying here again! "

"Couldn't be Happier
This is our second stay at Chateaux 101. We came back for a reason. It's fresh and well-maintained. The king bed is firm, as we like it. Appliances are fairly new and work well. Being on the first floor (really the second -- the parking garage is the first) is a real asset to avoid having to use the elevator. (BTW, the elevator has been recently renovated in case you do use it.) The laundry room is just outside the condo door, which is a wonderful convenience. Since our last visit, the owner added a DVR with all the channels (except premiums.) We've gotten to where we really miss our DVR when traveling, so that was an exciting addition. One bit of warning, if it seems like the key doesn't work, push hard on the door. It's a little tight. This condo comes highly recommended and we've stayed at a bunch of them."

was a breeze. Right down from property. Walk into Chateau 101 and opened curtains, saw that Awesome view and was blown away!
The condo was very clean but dated. The curtain, front isle of the stove and the comfortable rockers were pealing... needed to be repaired. Nothing that spoiled our vacation. Very Very spacious and extremely comfortable. Would definitely rent that space same again!!!
Location was beautiful, Restaurants- Maggie Mae's for breakfast. Guppy's and Backwaters for dinner!!!
Can not wait to get back to that part of the gulf!"

Very nice place to stay at. Very clean & roomy. Could use some new living room furniture, but still very comfortable. Also a channel guide for the cable would be helpful. Unfortunately there were 6 little boys staying there while we were there. A little to noisy for our vacation liking, also for swimming."

The only thing wrong with maintenance was the carpet was very dirty. The furniture was very comfortable. The bathroom has been recently re-done but the towel ring by the lav was missing the ring. We thought that a couple of grab bars would be advisable especially for us senior citizens. It was good enought that we have already reserved it for next year"

I have been coming to the Chatesux for years. This was my first stay in unit 101. Very satisfied! The cleanliness of the unit was the first appreciated discovery. Next was the comfort of the two leather recliners and king size bed. Plenty of beach chairs and ocean toys as well. I will rent this unit again for sure! I also commend Florida Lifestyle for the excellent customer service. Best I've encountered yet. They will get my business moving forward for years to come!!!"
