Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads and pillows are provided.

You will need to bring bed sheets, bath and beach towels. Linens are available through Villa Rentals at a cost of $125 for the length of your stay. (includes a set of sheets for each bed, 8 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash cloths, and 4 beach towels.) Please check the appropriate box on the contract to indicate whether or not you would like to use this service. The linen fee can be paid in advance or deducted out of your security deposit.

Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. You will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay. We ask that you bag all of your trash to be set out for pick up on Monday. Remember, the next guests will be putting out your trash after you leave so please be considerate and neat!
