Private and exclusive, our newly remodeled duplex totals 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, California vacation home has all the luxuries of a beach vacation. Built as a duplex, these vacation rentals sleep 10 people each. Perfect if you have a small family looking to spend a week of coming together, or combine both units for a genuine family reunion.
Located in Southern California, Orange County is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the entire world, and it’s no wonder with sunshine 300 days a year and an average temperature of 73 degrees. Dana Point, a small city in Orange county, is hailed as the only romantic spot in California, by famous local author Richard Henry Dana, Jr., Obviously, the sunsets in Capistrano Beach must stir the heart with a dreamy inspiration, as they named the city after him.
In a private gated community, the atmosphere is peaceful, and there will be no sleepless nights. Each of our vacation rental units has 3 bedrooms; two with queen size beds and one with two sets of bunk beds, beautifully dressed in comfortable pillows and sheets. Comfort is our first priority. Both of the bathrooms are equipped with bath towels and adequately sized vanities for beautification and grooming. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for your convenience, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker, and the living room will comfortably seat a total of 6 people on our comfortable couch and loveseat while the family enjoys watching cable TV on a huge high definition flat screen television mounted on the wall. Expect cool summers and warm winters as all of our windows have low emissivity glass.
We are sure that most of your vacation will be spent outdoors; after all you are situated on your a private beach in-between Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente Pier. From the sliding glass door in the living room you can access our patio with a shade umbrella, table, and chairs where you can enjoy fabulous ocean views. Take a few more steps and you are walking on the golden sands of Capistrano Beach. Watch the sunset behind a vesper tine horizon with a loved one, or enjoy a long walk, barefoot, along the relaxing California coastline.
There are plenty of reasons to visit our wonderful vacation rental. Perhaps you want to visit the historical Mission San Juan Capistrano. Simply make reservation to take an extensive guided tour. Arrange a rental car and take a short drive through Orange County to Anaheim and enjoy Disneyland, California, or you could travel to Yorba Linda and see the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. If the history isn’t enough to entice you, the weather certainly will, as we get Pacific sunshine all year around. We make it a point to make your comfort our first priority, come be our guest.
This beautiful home is located between San Clemente Pier and Dana Point Harbor. At this beachfront home you will walk right onto your very own private beach with many miles of public beach access where taking long walks or exercising is a pleasurable experience. You can enyoy the beautiful sunsets in one of Southern California finest beaches.
Policy
Off Season Specials:
Starting at $2,500.00 a week from Labor Day to Memorial Day - excepting holiday weeks.
High Season:
7 Seven nights or weekly rentals starting Saturday and ending the following Saturday ONLY during peak seasons and holidays, please.
June starting at $2,500 - $3,000 per week!
July, August and September = $3,750 -
- Damage deposit of $500. per unit, fully refundable with no damages.

- Payment Options: VISA, MASTERCARD, DIRECT DEPOSIT, WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH
- Check In Saturday by 4:00 pm
- Checkout by 10:00 am
- Remaining payments may be made via credit card, check (if prior to 6 weeks of occupancy), direct deposit, or wire transfer.
- A 50% total payment must be received within 5 working days to confirm your reservation. The balance due 90 days prior to arrival from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Otherwise this payment may be made 60 days prior to arrival.
- Please ask about our cancellation policies.
- PETS: are expressly and absolutely forbidden by the terms of this Rental Agreement. If any pet is brought on the rental Premises, this rental agreement may be forfeited and terminated at the option of Lemaya Properties LLC owners. For all other purposes, keeping a pet will be deemed a breach of material covenant of this Rental Agreement and all monies retained without a refund.
