|This 3BR, 2BA Oceanside house (sleeps 6) celebrates the Californian sunshine with a wraparound patio and ocean views. Inside, multiple living areas and ceiling fans (or enjoy a nice ocean breeze from it's elevated hillside location), near LEGOLAND, the freeway, Oceanside attractions and the airport. San Diego is 30 minutes away by car.
INSIDE THE RENTAL
There’s off street parking for multiple vehicles and a sun-drenched patio that surrounds the house. Enjoy water views with a glass of wine at one of the outdoor tables.
The home opens into a hallway, with the first living area to the left. There, you’ll find couches for 6, a reading nook, an ornamental fireplace, and a table and chairs for 4.
Behind this room is the huge master bedroom. A king bed, 2 armchairs, matching dressers and a huge walk-in closet will invite you to settle in, and there’s a TV with cable. The en suite bathroom has two sinks and a walk in shower, with assistance railings in the shower and toilet area for guests with mobility needs.
Across the hall is the main living area, which is open concept and enormous with hardwood floors and huge banks of windows. In the lounge space, find comfortable seating for 4-5, a ceiling fan and 42” flat screen TV with cable.
The dining area is next, with an oval table seating 6, as well as 2 barstools that can be pulled up to the kitchen bench. A large and fully equipped kitchen will offer plenty of opportunity to strut your culinary stuff, with small and large appliances to meet every need (no A/C, but you won’t miss it!).
In the 2nd bedroom, 2 matching twin beds are perfect for the younger members of your group, with generous dressers and a large mirror. The main bathroom sits between this and the third bedroom, with lots of counter space, single vanity and tub/shower combo. Assistance railings are installed in this bathroom as well.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, bench and walk in closet. Both guest bedrooms have standing fans, with ceiling fans in the master and all living areas.
Through the rear of the kitchen guests have access to the garage, where you’ll find a BBQ grill and laundry facilities. From there, step into the huge backyard, with a patio area shaded by plantings. There’s a small table and 2 chairs here, and you can walk right around the outdoor area to the wide front patio.
LEGOLAND fans will love this location, just a 10-minute drive down the coast to the popular theme park and pool. Closer to home is Carlsbad Village where beach boutiques, charming cafes and a laid back vibe make for a charming spot to while away the hours.
And of course you can’t come to Oceanside and not check out the ocean: it’s just a 7-minute drive to the miles of golden sand. Oceanside Pier is a great place to end the day, with a retro diner offering spectacular panoramic views.
It’s 30 minutes to San Diego airport and half a mile to the freeway, so getting here is easy by air and land. Leaving might feel harder!

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
