Marina Park is a brand new 10 1/2 acre park that includes a new community center and sailing center where boat, kayak, and stand up paddle boards (SUP) are available for rental. It also includes the Light House Bayview Cafe, visitor serving marina for ocean going travelers, new restrooms, a nautical themed play ground, 2 story slide, basketball courts, outdoor fitness circuit, picnic area, and a breathtaking view of Newport bay. The community center offers numerous recreation classes for all ages and levels of experience including art, enrichment, theater, boating, dance, sports, & fitness. This is a great place for both visitors and residents to enjoy the outdoors, dine, sail, learn and play while enjoying a spectacular view of Newport Bay! There are convenience stores, many restaurant and shopping choices all within walking distance. One short block to the beach for those who like the thrill of the surf!
The front house is clean and comfortable with new furnishings and a complete remodel in 2014. The living room features a large wall mounted flat panel TV, queen sleeper sofa, two wicker chairs and a coffee table. A glass topped dining table and six chairs occupy a corner of the spacious living area. The kitchen is elegant and contemporary with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The breakfast bar has three tall boy chairs for a quick pre-surf snack.
Two of the comfortable bedrooms have queen beds; a third has a king bed. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom have wall mounted flat panel TVs. The other queen bedroom has a table top TV. Both bathrooms are located in the hallway. One features a walk in shower, the other a tub/shower combination.
In addition to the main house, there is a great upper studio with an absolutely fabulous front deck that has ocean views. A private bathroom, king bed and queen sleeper sofa, galley style efficiency kitchen, flat panel TV, back and front decks, and gas BBQ complete this heavenly hideaway. There is a washer and dryer plus two parking spots in the garage.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
