|You’ll feel as though you‘ve been transported to a South Seas paradise once you step inside this luxury two-story condo on the boardwalk between the piers. This stretch of beach is one of the best spots for beach activities, people watching, bike riding, and soaking up the sounds and breezes from the ocean waves. Located between the Balboa and Newport piers, this large six bedroom and four and one half bathroom abode has been furnished with tropical décor, channeling a luxury tiki hut, with a large living room and bar area on the ground floor perfect for entertaining family and friends. There is also a table near the sliding glass doors with seating for 6 which can be used for enjoying a drink from the bar or playing a board game with the family. The lower living area opens onto a patio situated on the boardwalk just 2 blocks from the Newport Pier.
On the beach level there are three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, one suite with a queen bed and adjoining bath, another with a queen bed and a third with a double bed. The rooms are decorated with attention to detail, beautiful custom artwork, and most importantly, they feel like home.
As you ascend the stairs to the second level you’ll notice a giant swordfish hanging on the wall, which was caught in the early 1900’s. The second level houses the main living area and master suite. The front of the property abounds with stunning views of the Newport pier and surrounding area. The Balboa pier is just on the horizon as you look south, and the Newport pier is in plain sight to your right. Don’t forget to check for dolphins playing in the water in the distance, they are a common sight! Enjoy views of the ocean or read a book on the patio facing south. The patio facing North has a gas grill and small dining table ideal for entertaining. You will be able to create a fantastic gourmet meal for the family in the beautifully outfitted kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, an 8-burner stove top and dishwasher. The formal dining area accommodates 6 guests. There is an additional exterior entry near the kitchen.
There are three large bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms on the second level. The master suite will make you feel like the king of the sea. It is extensive, featuring a beautifully carved four-post king bed and two suede arm chairs for lounging next to the fireplace. If your office requires you to bring work to the beach, you can set up at a fantastic office area in the master bedroom. There is an en suite spa tub, separate glass shower and a bathroom with a toilet and European-style bidet. There is even a balcony facing the alley to allow in the ocean breeze. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a twin bunk bed with tropical stenciling around the room which stimulates the imagination. It’s a perfect space to accommodate children. The third bedroom on the second level has a queen bed with beautiful built-in furniture.
There are three parking spots available for your vehicles depending on the size, two tandem spots in the garage and one carport space.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
