This is a non-smoking house.   This house is not available for weddings or large parties. Maximum occupancy at any time is 10.  Monthly rates from $12,000.

 Oil Spill Update:

July 24, 2010 - The St. Petersburg/Clearwater area is closely monitoring developments surrounding the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and to date there is no threat that would impact our area beaches in any way: all of our accommodations, restaurants and attractions---as well as our 35 miles of award-winning beaches---remain 100% open for business.  Our Florida Seafood products are safe and plentiful!  They have not been affected by the oil spill.

In fact, we're so confident that our coastline will remain completely unaffected,  we are inserting a money back guarantee  into our rental agreement, so that you can book with confidence!
