Step onto the oversized upper level deck and enjoy the beautiful Gulf views and the most spectacular sunsets in the world from the comfort of our handcrafted adirondack chairs. Even our balcony was custom designed with tempured glass so there are no unobstructed views of our fabulous beach!
The location on Clearwater Beach is perfect for those who desire peace and solitude in a glorious setting. You can watch dolphins frolic from the back yard. Take a stroll north on the beach toward secluded Caladesi Island, and enjoy the crystal clear water and sugary sand. Stroll south 1/2 mile to the fun filled Pier 60 area. Wonderful restaurants, shops, Marina and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium are all nearby. Many are in walking distance, but also available is the Jolley Trolley which has pick-ups and drop-offs every 20 minutes every couple of blocks.

This is a non-smoking house. No weddings or large parties. Minimum age to rent is 25.
We book 3 months in advance only. We are currently booked through August 10, 2013. We have availabilty Aug. 10 - Sept. 10.
