The home has a large living area with 10 seat dining room table and a bar that seats 5. The floors are all tile floors with wood floor in the den and high grade berber carpet in the bedrooms. Each bedroom is decorated to a beachy theme. Off the living room is a media room with 46" flat screen tv and entertainment center. Downstairs is a large recreation room off the screen pool with a vegas poker table, bumper pool and fooseball. Also a 24" flat screen tv. Off the screen pool is a sun deck with pool kitchen and gas grill. Great for large bbq's. The grounds are well manicured with grass lawn and nice planting gardens and brick paver entry. This is truly a lovely home just a block from the beach and Island Club.
