Actually, I rented three condos at Beach Club and was very impressed with the size of the units, proximity to the beach, all the amenities and just the whole experience of being there! Would certainly stay at Beach Club in the future!"

"Would not recommend for big groups! Small rooms and beds!
It was ok. We where told that there where 2 queen beds in the other rooms. They where not even close to being a queen. I couldn't even sleep with my husband my husband is 6'4" and his legs where off the bed. I ended up sleeping with my 2 kids on the pull out bed it was really hard to get any sleep there. They really need to take that down off the site so other potential guests don't have to go there what we went through. "

"Awesome Getaway
Our Condo was perfect for our whole family. We had plenty of room and the condo had everything we needed. The pool was right outside our door and the beach was right down from that. We will definitely be back next year."

"Great for multiple families
Huge condo! It’s great for multiple families to vacation together. Great location and the kitchens are loaded with everything you need and way more. Beds and linens could definitely use an update as the majority were stained or ripped. The twin beds are very squeaky. "

"Unit 101
The location and floor plans were perfect. Had a lovely time but the bathrooms were not clean. The tubs had black spots and rust and the shower curtains looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. The master tub needs to be replaced."

"Unit is in need of repairs.
101A:
Jacuzzi - jets and intake screen were completely covered with a nasty, black, moldy residue. Could not use jacuzzi due to nastiness.
Ice maker - was barely making ice. Would only spit out about a dozen pieces of ice over night. We had to bring in ice.
Iron - Regulator on iron was broken and black residue on iron plate.
Plastic bowls - only one plastic bowl with a lid. Did not have lidded bowls to store left over food.
101B - TV in living room, screen was green and lines across the bottom of the screen.
Refrigerator - door would not shut and water leaked onto floor. Had to keep a towel on floor to keep water mopped up.
Tub- Nasty, black, moldy, residue on seam where the walls meet the tub.
Found a shoe, sock, and broken toy under different bed.

"Nice area
Condo is nice but somewhat needing some updates. Stained caulk in the bathrooms was unappealing and the stove in the main unit is outdated and the burners did not work well. We were given the wrong keys and waited more than an hour for someone to call us back which then only happened after I called a second time. Just seemed a bit unorganized."

"Family beach trip
Awesome with the exception of the twin beds. They were horrible and need to be replaced ASAP. A mounted fan would be a great addition to the patio. Done mornings itvwas just to humid to drink coffee but a fan would stir up a breeze enough t make it bearable. "

"Greta Place Great Time!
This is the first time we have stayed at the beach club so we did not know what to expect. How close was the beach ? the pools etc . We got in late afternoon and our first notice was the screen in the sliding door was torn, however this was not an issue b/c it was so windy when we were there we had no issue with bugs. Then the cable did not work in the one living room. (football games were playing that weekend) Made a call and Property Mgt came right away and fixed that issue. Within an hour after arrival we were on the beach. The pool is just steps away and beach is not a long walk- you will need a wagon if you have multiple chairs or beach items. We had 3 families in this unit. one with 2 teenagers , 1 with a toddler and 5 year old and the grand parents. There was plenty of room and even with getting rained out in the afternoons still plenty of space. With 2 living rooms and tvs in each room everyone felt like they had their own space. We all plan on coming back again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with our family. "

"Jackson vacation 2018
Unit 101 was perfect for my family. I did not have any significant complaints. I think the most undesirable part was check in. It is a little confusing with all the gate codes: use this gate code for the inn and this code for the DI BC. I don’t really see why these can’t be the same or why can’t you have an open area to your office."

"Vacation with kids
Everything was perfect. We loved the home and location. The only suggestion that I have is that the sprinklers are set to run at night or where they do not spray on the balcony. We couldn't sit out in the mornings without getting soaked. "

"Unhealthy Mildew Smell
We arrived at the unit at 5 pm and there were cleaning people still there. The carpets had just been cleaned and were still wet. Once the carpets dried, there was a strong mildew smell that was coming from the carpets. We probably should have tried to change rooms but were not there long and did not have time that day."

The overall experience was great. It was so quite and relaxing here. The only complaint i had was when checking in the lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. She didn't explain anything and just sat a packet of papers on the desk along with a key and said here you go. I had no clue how to find my room and didn't know the code to get in the gate"

"Great condo
This is a ground floor corner unit just steps from the pool and easy access to the beach. The condo was spacious, not too cluttered with furniture and decorative accessories, and it was comfortable. Because it was the corner unit, it was not directly in front of the (sometimes crowded) pool and it had a nice lawn in front. Also, it has more light because of the windows along the side wall. The complex itself was also clean, felt spacious and the other guests were friendly. It was not a "party" crowd, very much a family place. We will certainly be back."

"Wonderful time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Beach Club #101A. Beach Club is one of only 3 beachfront complexes on the Island, and this first floor unit was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, great furnishings, and only steps from the pool and beach boardwalk. Another bonus is that the property management is located in the adjacent Inn and was always available to help with anything we needed.
We will definitely be back."

"Really nice unit!
This was our second year renting here and, as always, the staff is organized ahd very helpful. This was a different condo this year and we loved its first floor location. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. The furniture was very comfortable.
We had the great pizza across the street again. And, we enjoyed treats from the bakery and a yummy lunch at JT's Sunset Grill."

"Dauphin Island 2015 Extended Weekend Getaway
We had a great time. The unit was wonderful. The biggest downfall is the lack of a pier leading half way to the beach. It is a very long walk through sand to and from the beach. Both neighboring units have piers. Also, the kitchen faucet leaks. Other than that, we loved the unit. Very accommodating and nice. Absolutely love the sofa!!!"
