The Mediterranean style home has 4200 square feet of living space, 600 square feet of decks and private pool. Access to the private beach is just a one minute walk.
The first floor is a wonderful open gathering area with coffered ceilings, custom murals, ample seating and a 42 inch large flat screen TV. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and Viking stainless steel appliances. The dinning room and breakfast bar have ample seating for meals and games. This floor also has a master queen suite, a custom built bunk room which sleeps 3 and a game room with a pool table.
The second floor has two beautiful balconies and a media room with a large flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms on this floor, two with king beds and one with a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the media room for additional bedding.
The third floor is comprised of two opulent king master bedrooms with private baths. There is also a bunk room that sleeps 4 guests.
There are two bunk rooms in this house, one on the third floor and one on the first floor. Both bunk rooms are custom built and can accommodate young children as well as young adults. The first floor bunk room sleeps 3 guests comfortably, and the third floor bunk room sleeps 4 guests comfortably. These rooms are perfect for kids as they are well-equipped for sleeping and spacious enough for playing.
