Description

This beautiful beachfront property is located on the south end of Estero Island. With its private heated pool and air conditioning throughout, this is the perfect home away from home. Well-decorated in "Tommy Bahama" decor, the house also has a newly remodeled kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a second kitchen for large groups.

For your entertainment, there are three DVD players, six TVs, two boomboxes, and premium Cable. The living room has comfortable furnishings, and the dining room has a formal dining table that seats six guests.

For those vacationers who need to check in with the office every once in a while, there are cordless phones, wireless internet, a printer and a fax machine.

Sanparadise has six private bedrooms with two king beds, three queen beds, and two twin beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds and a daybed that makes into a king bed + rollaway.

The gulf is just steps away, and there are two Pack n Plays for groups and families with infants and children. Enjoy the view from the beautiful screened lanai, or from one of the two decks. The home comes with two gas grills for outdoor meals and entertaining. There is also a nearby preserve view for wonderful wildlife watching.

Sanparadise is located only 30 minutes from the Southwest International Airport, making it easily accessible for all vacationers.
