You'll have multiple porches outfitted with comfortable furniture to relax and marvel at the brilliant sunrises and sunsets. Most every room has incredible views of the water with access to a porch. Bring your boat or wave runners or explore the Sound with our kayaks - the water is calm and shallow, and you're likely to see schools of fish and maybe a pod of dolphins.

As beautiful the home is on the outside, on the inside every room has been designed in an eclectic West Indies decor that will have you wondering if you've landed on the doorstep of Hemingway's home. The naturalist feel is intentional to connect our guests with the local wildlife and eco-tourist offerings in the area including kayaking, fishing, bird watching, beach combing, biking, or boating. And the seahorses? You'll find them inconspicuously in the decor throughout the house.

Of course you can head down the road to the family attractions in Destin or let the sugar-white sand sift through your toes just four miles west on uncrowded Navarre Beach, Florida's "best kept secret." You may even decide to enjoy your own beach where the water is clear and shallow, and parents can let young children play without concern about rough water or undertow.
