This upscale, Wi Fi-enabled, 1,200 sqft., 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is nestled in the upscale private community, The Village at Roslyn Ridge, only a mile from Speelyi Beach at Lake Cle Elum. After a busy day packed with shopping, dining and outdoor recreation, Elk Ridge Townhome is the perfect place to relax and recharge for another adventure filled day.
Relax with friends and family in front of the wood burning fireplace. The open floor plan allows everyone to feel included while cooking in the kitchen, playing a game at the dining table or watching TV, your favorite DVDs or Netflix from the comfy sofa.
A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to quickly feed a herd of hungry hikers. Kids can eat, color and play games around the kitchen island with 2 bar stools. Adults can dine a few feet away at the dining table with seating for 6. A small outdoor grill is easily accessible from the kitchen on the nearby covered front porch.
The upstairs master bedroom features a queen size bed and upscale decor. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. An open loft with queen bed is located at the top of the stairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room provides extra sleeping accommodations. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the upstairs hall closet.
One full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs provide guests the space and privacy they need to get through their morning and evening routines.
The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center* is just a 2-minute walk from your townhome. The modern facility offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, kid’s splash fountain, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball pit, outdoor BBQ station, and picnic tables. A small gym features exercise bikes and shower/locker room facilities. If you need to plug back into the outside world, there is free Wi-Fi access in the conference room. Opens Memorial Day Weekend to Mid Sept every year. *Club entrance fee is $7/person per day (charged at the door -- cash only).
A double car garage is available for guest use. Additional parking is available in a nearby lot. Parking is strictly enforced so please pay close attention to all parking signs.

Cancellations – If Tenant must cancel its reservation, the cancellation must be in writing or via electronic mail (“formal notification”). Oral communication, even in an emergency situation, will not be deemed received until receipt of “formal notification”. If Tenant’s cancellation is greater than one hundred and twenty days (120) of date of arrival, Tenant will be refunded 100% of deposited funds, minus a $150 processing fee. If Tenant cancels within one hundred and twenty (120) days of date of arrival, then Tenant will forfeit 100% of Tenant’s deposited funds. HOWEVER, Tenant will have ONE (1) YEAR from Tenant's original Date of Check-In to rebook (one time only) the SAME PROPERTY, subject to availability during one of the Agent’s designated Off-Seasons. PLEASE NOTE: When rescheduling, Tenant will also be charged a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the amount of Tenant's original rent. There will be no refunds for weather conditions, late arrival, early departure or any other reason outside of the control of Agent.
Because unexpected events can impact Tenants travel plans, Agent recommends that tenant protects their vacation investment by purchasing travel insurance. This coverage is offered for the Tenant’s convenience when the rental is being booked. The conditions of coverage are detailed separately in the policy of the insurance carrier and should be thoroughly reviewed by Tenant prior to purchase.
On rare occasions, a reserved property may become unavailable due to unanticipated conditions beyond Agents control. Agent accepts no liability for such an occurrence, financial or otherwise, but will make every effort to provide Tenant with equal accommodations at the same rental rate. If Agent is unable to do so, or if Tenant does not accept a provided alternative, unused rental fees and charges will be refunded.
