This home offers a beautiful getaway for your family, or a gathering of good friends year round, and will be just what the doctor ordered when it comes to relaxing, and taking in the beauty of the area. Offering high ceilings, and an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, make this the main hub of the cottage. A cozy woodstove, Sat. TV, and leather furniture with lodge inspired accents greet you on the main floor along with mudroom, washer and dryer, full bath, and a master bedroom with queen bed.
Upstairs you will find a half loft with cozy seating along with the 2nd bathroom and 2 private bedrooms each with queen bed.
Year round vacationing awaits you here at the Pine Tree Cottage and will be a place you will want to enjoy again and again. Oh yes, did we mention the hot tub that is privy to the beautiful night skies for stargazers, or a relaxing and much needed soak after a day of hiking, rafting, or just plain ol' sightseeing.
Base Rate: (First 4 Guests) (2 night min.): $165.00 Per Night
Additional Guest(s) Fee Ages 6 and Up: $25.00 Per Guest/Per Night
Children 5 and Under (Max 3): Up to 3 Children FREE Otherwise $25.00 Per Child/Per Night
Dog Fee (Max 2): NOT PERMITTED
Housekeeping/Linen Fee: $100.00 (NON REFUNDABLE)
Processing Fee: 3% of total reservation fees (NON REFUNDABLE)
State and Local Lodging Tax: 10.2% of total
Damage Security Deposit: *A one-time payment of $25.50 or a** 100% refundable $1000.00 charge
*The 1st option is a one-time plan payment of $25.50 through CSA Damage Protection Plan that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damages (this does not include willful, negligent or deliberate damages).
**The 2nd option is through NW Comfy Cabins Vacation Rentals allowing a $1000.00 charge which is 100% refundable that will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival and refunded within 72 hours of departure barring inspection. Please be aware that it may take anywhere from 1-10 business days for the funds to become available in your account after it has been refunded, which is determined by your banking establishment.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT permit single night stays under any circumstance. We have a 2 night minimum stay for regular dates and a 3 night minimum stay over federal holidays. This is non-negotiable.

Payments/Cancellation and Damage Deposits Policy We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cashier's Checks as forms as payments. Check payments are accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date and must clear the bank prior to paperwork being sent out.
Payment Policy First night's rental fees plus tax is payable at the time of booking, if made over 30 days prior to check in, this is your "confirmation deposit." The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in. $100.00 of the "confirmation deposit" is non-refundable should cancellation occur. When final payment is taken, the contracted guest will be emailed out paperwork which includes, access information, driving directions, rental contract, amenities list, and any other specific details pertaining to your visit.
Cancellation Policy $100.00 of the confirmation deposit is nonrefundable on all units at all times. Final payment is take 30 days prior to or immediately if the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival. If you cancel 30 to 0 days before check in there are NO REFUNDS (unless travel insurance* is purchased through your CSA Protection Coverage and all terms/conditions have been met). Please be aware of this when making your reservation.
Travel Insurance NW Comfy Cabins Inc. offers CSA travel cancellation/interruption insurance to every guest. CSA is authorized by the Washington Department of Insurance. Once your payment becomes non-refundable, you may be able to receive a refund of rent and tax if you have purchased the insurance. For questions concerning the travel insurance, please call CSA directly at. The insurance premium is non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we encourage you to take a look at the Travel Insurance option. We try to inform all of our guests that the mountains do offer inherent possibilities of Mother Nature's tantrums (snow, massive power outages, landslides, and ice storms, fire etc.) These are unpredictable and cannot be controlled; therefore, there are no refunds when these types of catastrophic events interrupt a vacation. It is advisable to consider the cost of your trip and whether or not it is an insurance policy that might be worth having. Of course we want to provide our guests with the best service possible, and will do our best in any situation to get you to your destination, but safety is a priority and when safety is threatened, officials may close the pass or other roads to travel. This is not common but can happen.
There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical or electrical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds; unless CSA Trip Cancellation Insurance was purchased by guest and all terms and conditions have been met.
Reservation Changes Prior to your final payment due date; there is no charge to change your reservation; add or remove guests or pets, add/or drop a day off of your visit, or reschedule visit. Once your payment has become non-refundable (30 days prior to arrival), you will not be able to remove guests, pets or days. You may add guests, pets or days if available at any time with no charge. If you are unsure about your final guest count we recommend that you stay conservative with your numbers and only add a guest if you are completely sure that they will be able to make it.
