This large, welcoming one-level home is a great place to relax and watch the surf (and surfers) up close. It retains a lot of its original 70's decor... not the height of fashion, but a warm, wonderful place to "just hang out."
A large living and dining room make it perfect for groups to gather and chat. The well-stocked kitchen is open to both rooms to keep the cooks involved in the fun. The house has a pool table, DVD, VCR and games for rainy days.
It's just a few blocks' walk to restaurants, espresso and a neighborhood grocery store. There's a ramp leading to the front door for ease of access.
One of the bedrooms offers a queen bed and an attached full bath. Across the hall is a large bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size futon below. The third bedroom has twin beds and a queen size futon. In the room with the pool table, there is a twin hide-a-bed so one of the late-night players won't have to go far to retire.
Well behaved pets are welcome with a refundable $50 deposit.
DSL internet service lets you keep in touch with the outside world whenever you choose, but we think you'll want to spend most of your time here escaping the hectic pace of city life.
