OIB is a 7 mile long barrier island with a wide, uncrowded beach at the southern most part of North Carolina. The island is a quiet family oriented place surrounded by anything you could want in a vacation: great restaurants, literally hundreds of golf courses, fishing of all sorts, historical sites, shopping, swimming, sunning and the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with all of its attractions is just 30 miles away.
Our condominium, situated on the far west end of the island, is new construction in November 2003. This is our third full rental season so it is new, very clean and immaculately decorated. It is directly across the street from the beach and has great ocean views. It's a short walk to the Ocean Front Pool/Tiki Bar and Kiddy Pool. A lovely one mile walk on the beach brings you to the end of island where the ocean meets the Intercoastal Waterway for beautiful views, great fishing, and outstanding shell collecting.

Reservations & Cancellations
25% or 50% Due when Reservation are made and 50% due 45 or 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation, and the rental is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation, your deposit will be returned, less $150.00 administration fee. If the unit cannot be re-rented no refund will be issued.
