House will be available March 1, 2008. The house is currently being furnished with all new furniture and mattresses from Ashley's Furniture. Sit back in your reclining sofas or reclining rocking chairs and enjoy your favorite program on the 42" LCD HDTV with DVD Home Theater System in the 15' x 20' living room.

Or, why not sit out on one of the four decks available either pool side or street side and enjoy the views of the ocean or our beautiful 30' pool.

All rooms have 9' ceilings with wood floors and all baths have 18" tile. Two master suites have full walk in closets and the other three bedrooms have smaller walk in closets. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Game room has a wet bar, refrigerator, 32" LCD HDTV, 7.5' Air Hockey table, and a 7.5' billard table. There is a separate full size washer/dryer room.

This house sits 400' from the beach, optional golf cart availalbe, and is one of the nicest at the beach !!!
