Once you step into the foyer of this stunning estate, you will never want to leave! All of your stresses will melt away either from the sheer beauty of the home or the breathtaking location. It sits on a canyon rim overlooking the Wailua River and endless virgin forests with not a roof top in sight. The home is located in the hills of Wailua above the East side and in the center of the island. It is 15 minutes from the airport and only four miles to all stores, golfing and beaches.

The home is almost 5000 sq. ft., ranch style. The entry is a marble foyer which steps down into the living room and opens to the covered gazebo overlooking the river. The gazebo also has a spa for enjoying the incredible sunsets. There is also a music room with baby grand piano and bar. The formal dining room can accommodate a large gathering. The huge gourmet kitchen is a cooks delight with granite counter tops and professional appliances plus a breakfast nook. There is a fully equipped laundry.

The home has four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Three of the bedrooms have a luxurious king bed with high thread count linens. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and shower. This home is truly for the discriminating guests who desire the ultimate holiday retreat.

Reservations/Deposit/Payments
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.

The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 60/90 days, low/high season, prior to check in.

Personal checks, cash or travellers checks accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
The two night deposit required to reserve the rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason.

Cancellations made less than 60/90 days, low/high seasons, prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.
