There is a very large Patio with a covered area for shade furnished with Sun Loungers for tanning, relaxing, enjoying a cool drink, Tables and Chairs for dining outside on the Beach while watching sunsets, the waves and dolphins jumping into the air……. a B-B-Q for grilling.

The fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances; Refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, glasses, dishes.. Separate Laundry room with full size washer and drier.

The Master bedroom has a Queen Bed, Cable TV, DVD, nite stands, lamps, dresser, full size closet, an Ensuite bathroom with sink, wc, and shower, and hair drier.

The second bedroom has a Queen size Bed, 2 Nite Stands, 2 Lamps, Dresser, Full size Closet. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and a Double Bed, dressing table, Mirror, Nite stand, Lamp. The large 2nd Bathroom with a Sink, wc, and shower and Hair Blower is accessible from the Foyer.

The Great Room combining the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen is equipped with 2 Sofas, 2 large Chairs, Cable TV, DVD player, and has 180 Degree Views of the Beach and Atlantic Ocean.

The Balcony is equipped with Sun Lounges, Tables and Chairs for Dining. The enormous Patio is separated from the Beach only with our SeaWall. Access of the Beach is by stairs to the side or from a public access south of our property.

The average temperature of 74°F allows for year-round sunbathing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, Surf Fishing and as one of America’s top cities for the arts, New Smyrna Beach is home to several shows and theaters featuring visual and performing arts, various exotic art shows and stunning works by local Floridians.

Originally preserved and recently restored turn-of-the-century buildings line the streets of New Smyrna Beach. The shopping districts of Flagler Avenue and Canal Street are lined with majestic palm trees, brick sidewalks and a brand new beach ramp and boardwalk. "Turtle Watch" Programs
Just South of New Smyrna Beach, Canaveral National Seashore Park serves as a refuge for several endangered and protected species of Florida wildlife. During the summer months, Canaveral National Seashore Park serves as a nesting ground for giant loggerhead sea turtles. Park rangers offer "Turtle Watch" programs, giving visitors an opportunity to learn about sea turtles and the role the park plays in their conservation.

The Volusia beaches are home to the loggerhead sea turtles threatened with extinction they are protected by state and federal laws. From May 1 through October 31, Volusia beaches host these magnificent animals which emerge from the surf at night to lay their eggs in nests dug into the dry sand, then return to the sea. Two months later, about a hundred baby turtles or hatchlings emerge from each of these nests and crawl to the ocean. This amazing cycle of Mother Nature is thousands of years old.

Volusia County has taken several steps to protect these gentle creatures. Beach driving and parking is regulated. Vehicles are not allowed west (landward) of the dune conservation zone where sea turtle nests are most common. Night driving and lighting from beachfront properties is restricted because the mother turtles and tiny hatchlings are confused by bright lights-they will walk towards the lights instead of towards the sea (lit by the moon).

Fishing is a fun way to reel in a good time, whether you surf fish right in front of the Beach House or choose Charter Fishing, there are plenty of Fish to catch. We are THE REDFISH CAPITAL of the WORLD, also have angling on the pristine Indian River in Edgewater or on the Halifax River in Port Orange.

Boat rentals, charters and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Rental or chartered boats are available for full or partial-day tours, and most guarantee a catch of the day. Local tournaments like FishStock, held every Memorial Day attract anglers worldwide.

Restaurants located on the bank of the lagoon, locals enjoy fresh seafood and live music while overlooking one of the most diverse estuaries in the United States.

Few places can boast the golf-friendly weather and variety of courses that Golf Enthusiasts enjoy. The warm climate makes playing golf fun year round.

Parks
Guests are welcome at New Smyrna Beach's public facilities. Detwilder Park offers five hard-surface courts, and Pettis Park offers two hard courts. At the Racquet Tennis Center courts you will find six clay courts and one hard court. Four of the courts are lighted for night play.
