This island is only 2 blocks wide and 33 miles long with the Gulf of mexico on one front and the Intercostal Waterway on the other. You have panoramic views of both everywhere and this house ecks so that you can see them all. Often you can see Dolphins playing in the bay.
There is a huge high Defination TV in the Great Room as well as a DVD player with surround sound. There is a large library of movies. Both Master Bedrooms have flat screen High Defination TV's
There is a private hot Tub off of the Great Room. There is a Large Pool and Tennis Court on the grounds that is available to the small upscale gated community that this house is located in.
The house has bikes if you want to stroll the island and even a stroller if you want to take the baby for a view of the island.
You will love the ambiance of the decor and if you want to excape for a day of shopping Destin and Pensacola are within Thirty minutes of here. If golfing is your thing there are several golf courses within 20 minutes. As well as an all day canoe trip that you can enjoy down the the refreshing Blackwater river about 30 minutes away.

High Season (June 1 - August 20)................. $3650
Mid Season (August 20 - October 31)............. $2500
Thanksgiving & Christmas............................ $2500
Spring Break ( March 1-April 20.................. $2950

50% deposit secures confirmed reservation. Security deposit of $500, returned after your party has vacated the Villa in good order. Full rental fee and deposit due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations
There is a no cancellation policy 60 days prior to your arrival and no refunds will be issued. If it is necessary to cancel your reservations prior to 60 days before your arrival we will make every effort to rent the home for the time specified. If the house is re-rented you will receive your deposit minus 20% of the purchase price.
60 days prior to your arrival there is a no cancellation policy or for any Holiday bookings.
If you anticipate any problems we suggest that you purchase a travelers insurance policy. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
