|If you’re looking to spend your vacation outdoors, escape to the this single-family home that has three floors of living space, two floors of outdoor seating, and just a short walk to the ocean. It is decorated in warm woods, with a Spanish feel. The large brick patio on the ground floor has seating for four, and has the feeling of the tropics, with green plants on the perimeter. Walk up an exterior staircase to another large redwood deck, recently updated during 2012. There is more seating, with a patio table, chairs and market umbrella, and a gas grill, with a fridge for storing drinks.
The ground floor features three cozy bedrooms (all with flat panel TVs) and a full-size bathroom. The first has two white built-in twin beds, stacked perpendicularly. The second has a queen bed and the third has a handmade twin over king bunk.
The main living area is situated on the second floor, featuring large L-shaped couch and several arm chairs for accommodating the whole family. A 60-inch smart TV features Netflix and Showtime. A large Spanish-style fireplace is situated in the corner with a brick ledge for curling up with a book on a cold summer night. There is a formal dining table with seating for six, and as you turn the corner, there is a large kitchen, with more seating at the counter top, and a large breakfast nook with built in benches with cushions and accent pillows for an informal meal, or enjoying a game of cards or a board game.
The third floor features the master bedroom loft with queen bed and a full private bathroom and small balcony.
This home also has a non-coin operated washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a two-car garage.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
