To your left you'll find Sunset Cliffs Nature Park - a great place to spend the day exploring cliffs, caves and tide pools! Directly in front of you lies a spacious patio area – with a convenient gas BBQ, a small sandy “beach” area to enjoy cocktails and the breathtaking views of the sunset - and, of course, miles and miles of deep blue ocean where we often see migrating whales, playful pods of dolphins and adventurous surfers.

To your right is the casual seaside town of Ocean Beach. Stroll along Newport Avenue and take in the array of small shops and boutiques. From antiques to surfboards, sandwich shops to oceanfront fine dining – and bars and taverns in between – Ocean Beach is friendly, informal and fun. In the evening, enjoy cocktails while listening to the surf, or take a romantic stroll on the famous Ocean Beach pier, and enjoy the lights of San Diego from the over-water restaurant. And be sure to catch the fireworks display from Sea World - only 10 minutes away!

Our property (newly remodeled in 2006) offers 5 vacation residences – the St. Lucia, a two-bedroom suite, the Martinique, the Trinidad and the Tobago, all one-bedroom suites and the Bonaire, a romantic studio hideaway – each with its own charm, most with unbelievable ocean views and all within minutes to miles of white sandy beaches.

Villa Caribe is close to all San Diego has to offer: 30 seconds from a rocky beach-explorer’s playground, 2 minutes to the heart of Ocean Beach, 6 minutes to the charming village of old Pt. The southern Caribbean island of ST. LUCIA, locally known as "the fairest isle in all the world," is famous for its twin mountain peaks – known as the Pitons (French for peak). It is these signature symbols that are the inspiration for Villa Caribe’s two-bedroom suite - The St. Lucia. Situated at the western-most point of Villa Caribe, the ocean-front St. Lucia suite offers accommodations for six and spectacular views of color-splashed sunsets and miles of deep-blue ocean waves. The twin-island Caribbean nation of TRINIDAD and TOBAGO is the inspiration for Villa Caribe’s two second-story suites. The Trinidad and The Tobago each accommodate four persons and can be combined for a group of eight simply by opening the connecting door.

Villa Caribe has on-site laundry facilities, as well as laundry detergent all free-of-charge for our guests. We have 3 inside garage parking spaces and 1 outside off-street parking space. Posted rates are for our 2-bedroom. The following are the rest of our WEEKLY rates:

Reservation
Fifty percent (50%) of the rental payment is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, including security deposit, cleaning fee and 10.5% San Diego Occupancy Tax, is due 45 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 45 days of the rental period require payment in full.

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to rental period receive a full refund - less a $50 per villa fee. Cancellations within 45 days will be refunded up to the full amount if property can be re-booked - less the $50 per villa fee.
Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount. All prices are subject to change without notice.
