If you are looking for one of the very best private oceanfront home rentals in Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach, Florida, you have just found it. The entire beach in Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach was just given a gorgeous facelift last year with tons of new sand added for your enjoyment.

Being centrally located you can either walk down the beach to some of the best restaurants and entertainment at Cocoa Beach Pier or walk to Jetty Park at the Port in Cape Canaveral and do some of the best fishing in Florida or just relax in the warm hot sun letting the tension melt away.

This beach home comes with inside and outside beach toys for children and adults, including but not limited to soft and hard surfboards, boogie boards, children and adult beach bikes, beach towels, umbrellas, blankets, coolers, beach radios, beach chairs plus a FULL line of baby furniture for the small ones. We have the only private homes where surfing instructions will be given to young children all the way to grandparents by the best certified surfing instructors in the United States.

Every room has its own TV/VCR/DVD with 100's of movies. We have 42" plasma TV's for your viewing pleasure and also Wireless Internet. We can also provide private chefs, in-house manicures and in-house massages, food delivery, etc. Your wish is our command !!!!

Upon your arrival I will personally meet you and show you through the entire home. I will provide you with a Map showing all the local restaurants, stores, boutiques, hospitals, fishing spots, etc. with directions on how to get there from the beach house.

The home is due East of Orlando Airport and only take 35 minutes by car. Transportation from the Airports can be arranged for your convenience.

Living room, kitchen and dining area with 42" Plasma TV mounted between the patio doors with a great view of the ocean. Cruise ships pass so close you can almost touch them. Kitchen is very well equipped with all the latest appliances. Dishes, glassware and silverware as well as pots, pans and most everything you could need is in the cabinets.

Our Computer with broadband access and WiFi with your wireless ready laptop.

Game room, where do I start? We have a gorgeous 8 foot pool table, air hockey game, and on the right wall will be another 42" Plasma TV for your enjoyment.

The wooden monkey is sitting atop a Monday Bar that has to be seen.

Blue leather sofa with recliners, and fold out bed also in this room.

This master suite faces East for a magnificent full ocean view. Imported European furniture with a king size bed adorns this 40' x 20' master suite. This room also has a color TV with a built-in DVD. It also has its own private full bath. Lounge around in bed in the mornings and watch the dolphins playing in the surf. All bedroom's closets include a rollaway bed too.

Please note that this property is not considered "reserved" until the security deposit is received.

1. Booking
A. Submit the dates requested to Sandi Trudeau by either telephone or e-mail
(please keep in mind that rental period is Saturday 1pm to Saturday 9am)
B. Availability for the period requested will be confirmed by Sandi Trudeau
C. You must confirm to Sandi Trudeau that you will book the period.

2. Payment Schedule
A. Immediately upon your confirmation you must mail a $500/$1000 deposit check
(which will also serve as a security deposit to Sandi Trudeau.)

3. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: 1 p.m.(or after)
Check-out: 9 a.m. (Non-Smoking home)

This is strictly enforced so that our cleaning crew will have time to service the home.

4. Security Deposit
Please note: Neither home is considered "reserved" for you until the deposit is received by us.

Upon receiving the $500/$1000 security deposit, Sandi will mail out the contract for your signature. The signed contract must be received by Sandi Trudeau in ten business days to hold the rental property.

5. Cancellation Terms
4 + Weeks - 100% return of deposit & rental
3-4 Weeks - 50% of deposit & rental retained
2 Weeks - 75% of deposit & rental retained
1 Week - 100% of deposit & rental retained
$ 500/$1000 security deposit
(returned 3 business days after your stay)
