The Beachfront Villas are a gorgeous three story oceanfront compound with all-new luxury furnishings, 500-thread count sheets and the finest appointments. The nine Plasma HDTVs in the three Living Rooms and bedrooms all enjoy premium cable TV. Every amenity has be thought of and provided for the ultimate in beachfront living.

City of Seal Beach collects a 9.0% Occupancy Tax (Occupancy taxes are not included in the rate and do not apply for stays longer than one month).
