Sundial B307 is a luxurious, one bedroom/one bathroom, resort style condominium located at the Sundial Beach Resort. This floor plan offers a spacious living area with sleeper sofa, love seat, and a flat panel TV and DVD player. The dining area provides seating for four, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen includes all major appliances, nice cabinets and solid surface counter tops. For guest convenience, our unit features an added bonus of a stack washer/dryer. No more finding change to use at the laundry room!

Step out onto the screened lanai, with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage and enjoy the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico and our world famous, shell strewn Sanibel Island beaches.

Sundial Beach Resort & Spa is one of the only "genuine" resorts on Sanibel Island. The resort is spread out over 13 buildings, consisting of 4 pools, 6 tennis courts (additional fee), on-site restaurants, pool bar, spa facilities, interactive marine ecosystem school, and much more. RE/MAX of the Islands offers most of our Sundial Beach Resort rental with a 2-night minimum stay all year round! Enjoy the new public restaurants, Sea Breeze Cafe, Turtles Beach & Pool Bar and Slice of Paradise Pizza & Salads. Located at the resort's main building, there's Baileys General Store to find your groceries, and Kay Casperson Spa & Salon services for pampering. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available in each guest room. RE/MAX of the Islands provides all of our condos with at least 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If RE/MAX of the Islands receives written notice 90 days PRIOR to arrival, all monies paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee and a cancellation fee of $55.50. Should you need to revise or cancel your reservation WITHIN 90 days of your arrival, all prepaid monies are subject to forfeiture unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same rate and dates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available through CSA Travel Protection. It is automatically calculated and added to your rental rate upon booking. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events (INCLUDING HURRICANES), this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THIS COVERAGE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. You can decline the coverage by signing and initialing the confirmation page where indicated.
