"Perfect condo for our growing family
We enjoyed our stay at Courtside 110. We needed more room this year and this condo’s upstairs loft fit our needs perfectly. There were no baking sheets in the condo but we made do. Everything else was great as usual. We’ve been staying at Courtside since 2011 and all of our condos have been nice!"

"Courtside 110
It was ok. Not having to do a lot of cleaning when we left was nice. It was convenient walk to the beach and other attractions. The pool was right behind us. The bedsheets were not fresh on arrival and there were limited extra blankets. They too weren’t clean. We had to wash them. There were not enough towels and washcloths. Lots of closet space. The dresser in the kids room was difficult to open and close and the master bedroom was missing some drawer handles. Unfortunately only one smart TV but there was cable. No instructions for use though. Overall, only an ok experience. "

The unit was so clean and a great location. I've stayed at HHI at least 25 times. This was the best accommodations of all of them, by a mile. So easy to check in....took probably 30 seconds. Piece of cake. Beautiful unit right beside pool, tennis courts, and beach."

"Family vacation for 8
Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street. "

New beds. Vents were filthy and never ever cleaned. Ceiling damage on top floor bedroom. Toilets are tiny and need new higher ones. Walkway up the stairs needs power washed. It was yuk. Please consider fixing those things. Thank you. "

"Needs TLC
Seashore Vacation Rentals was a great company to go thru for planning. The rental I picked, however needs lots of TLC. I don't think anything has been updated since the condo was built. The location was Amazing. Close to everything, but still very secluded and private. The floors were unlevel, sliding door lock was broken, carpet was matted, mattresses were very uncomfortable, no useful kitchen pots and pans. I have been coming to HHI for over 10 yrs, this is the worst condo I have ever stayed in. "

"A great tennis and beach vacation.
Our rental was everything we expected and we were basically happy with the space, the cleanliness and the location. Negatives would be no dish liquid to wash dishes, not enough pillow cases to go around, and no extra toilet paper. "

"Needs work and Remodeling
Location was great.
Kitchen - No potholders, no kettle and refrigerator doors should be on other side. The dishwasher was so loud. The tile was stained, it was a limited kitchen for sure and we struggled to make meals with the supplies given.
The living room furniture was just bad and dirty. Uncomfortable to say the least and was beyond the wear / tear you would expect.
The porch furniture was also worn out and the decoration all broken.
The carpet was GROSS. Be prepared for dirty feet or socks and not from the beach.
The beds in each bedroom need to be replaced.
There was mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom that I cleaned off suggesting a moisture issue. The shower doors need to be cleaned better as there was mold at the bottom.
The master suite on 3rd floor has some cracks in the ceiling and dresser handles are broken.
The ceiling fan in the master should be over the stairs and a light should be on it. It would help move the air around better and provide better lighting. In remodel, I would consider adding a small fridge so that coffee could be enjoyed without going downstairs.
Finally, be prepared to walk the stairs. This is difficult for the elderly and small children.

We have been coming to HHI since 2005. It is our happy place. We had a great trip. The condo location was fantastic and we LOVED the size and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. The carpet and furniture were a bit outdated and threadbare. We did feel like it was busier on the island than we have ever seen it. But, overall a great trip!"

"Great Location but furniture is threadbare
We have stayed at Courtside for 3 trips. This was our first stay in Unit 110. We love the location of this unit to the beach and Coligny. The back door going out to the patio does not lock. The piece of wood they had in place to stop it from opening had pressed into the door mount and was allowing the door to open. We called the property management and they immediately brought a longer door jam. The couch in the living room is uncomfortable as the cushions are flat and you sit directly on the rolled up bed. 2 of the 3 beds we used were uncomfortable and we had to buy 2 mattress foam pads to put on them. We will stay at Courtside again but not at this unit unless they replace the worn out furniture. "

"Overall a nice place
Courtside is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and Cologne plaza for shopping, eating and entertainment. The condo was in good condition but the pots and pans that were provided were in pretty poor condition
Other than that, this is a great place to stay with access to 2 pools. "

Great location and price.Place needs a facelift; walls banged up, furniture old but the price reflects this I think.
Coffee machine still had old coffee grinds in it; the dishwasher had junk and plastic cutlery in the tub and the lint catcher in dryer was full. So, these things make me wonder just how clean the place was, especially during Covid - 19. Great floor layout for a family. I would go back to this complex, just pick a different condo."

"Family getaway
Overall the stay was fine given we booked the trip pretty last minute, 3 weeks out. The condo has a lot of space, however it wasn’t very clean. There were hair balls on the steps and the quality of linens/blankets were poor. The master bedroom upstairs gets very hot and when you walk into the condo there is a musty smell. "

"Fantastic townhouse in Hilton Head Island!
Fantastic townhouse just an 8 minute walk from the beach! We loved the spacious rooms, especially when we needed to "work from home" a few days of this vacation. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom (this is ideal when traveling with teenagers!). Air conditioning worked well and we appreciated having a separate control for the top floor. Townhouse was very clean. Quiet area. Parking is convenient, right in front of townhouse, along with bike rack. We rented bikes and rode on the beach in the early morning and on the many bike paths in the evening. Even went grocery shopping by bike! Several grocery stores are within a short drive. We did take out at a few restaurants in Coligny area (and a bit further.) Beach was easy to access by using sidewalks and footpaths. At the beach we walked a bit further south to get away from people (but there was plenty of room everywhere). We rented chairs & umbrella to avoid carrying them to the beach. Water was warm enough for swimming every day. The beach is very wide, depending on the tide. Lifeguards are on duty. We will be back! "

"Nice location - LOTS of stairs.
This location is a short walk to the beach access and the week we were there (first week of Aug), the beach area was not overly busy, which was nice!! The condo is on the SECOND level and then there are 3 levels inside. Two bdrms are on the 2nd floor and the master is all alone on the third floor. There was enough sleeping room for all 7 of us which includes 6 beds and a pull out couch, although the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The kitchen is a bit small. There are 2 pools on the property - great place to hang out after a day at the beach. "

"girls tennis vaca
Really enjoyed our stay in your condo. 5 ladies from Greensboro NC came for a 5 day get-a-way with some wonderful instruction at Van der Meer. Only issue was a really small water heater that ran out of hot water when we really needed hot showers after 4 hours of tennis. We had to rotate and take very short showers."

We have stayed in this condo twice and enjoyed it both times.
It could use a little updating, but very functional.
The dryer takes a LONG time to dry items ( but it was the same when we stayed there in 2016).
The kitchen was lacking in usable items, but I am the cook for the rest of the family. I know most families do not eat in as much as we do. "

We have always utilized Courtside Villas as our place to stay when visiting Hilton Head. As a matter of fact, we have considered buying. On our last stay from July 7 - July 14, the place we rented, Courtside 110 was dirty. Our carpet was littered with food particles, etc. The ceiling in the 2nd floor bedroom had a very uninviting water stain along with a hole. The owners have not taken care of their property. We will definitely never stay in this unit, EVER AGAIN"

"Great stay!
We LOVED this rental! It had plenty of space for our whole group (3 kids, parents, and grandparents), was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and was just a short walk to the beach. Everything we wanted to do was in biking distance, which we loved. We brought a couple of saucepans to cook with on the recommendations of another reviewer, and used one of them once-- there appeared to be enough utensils and cooking equipment for the most part. We would definitely stay here again!"

I give this 110%. We enjoyed our time. Lots of room. Close to the pool, beach, the shops, the Sea Shake for seafood, and Salty Dogs!!! This worked for us and I recommend!! There is railing up for the stairs!!!!"

"Decent Condo, Good Location
Compared to the cost of staying oceanfront, we thought the condo location was good based on the price, but there were a few things about the condo itself that definitely didn't impress us. The complete lack of kitchen supplies drove us mad. We have 3 children, 2 of which are pretty young, so we tend to eat in more than we eat out. We actually had to buy pots and spatulas to use while we were there. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes, so we had to handwash everything. Not the end of the world, but it was certainly an inconvenience. We also love to grill out, and the pictures displayed a grill, so we were expecting one. We didn't know about the "no grill rule" until we arrived. You should remove the picture with the grill shown in it. We will definitely look to stay somewhere with a community grill next time. Not a major complaint, but the living room seating is a bit awkward for a family to sit around. There is only a small couch and 2 chairs. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the pool - it's very nice, and the walk to the beach isn't bad. The kids loved the turtles in the pond by the pool. The layout of the condo was great for our family - we had the privacy of the third floor, and our 17 year had his own room and bathroom, while the 4 and 6 year old shared a room and bathroom. "

"Good and not so good
Courtside 110 was in an excellent location. We were referred to stay there by family but was disappointed. The townhouse was a bit dated, however in general was tidy. The 3rd floor smelled of mold, outdated, sauna like conditions due to sky light in master bath, shower door completely off track, sand and used contacts on shower floor. Master bed linens were not comfortable in any way. Main floor had bare min. in kitchen not even enough bowls to put food in to serve. There was holes in the dry wall in hallway and living area. We didn't earn the $425 cleaning fee that was required. For a place that sleeps 8 there were not 8 seats to sit on in living room. We were with another family that stayed in unit 105, which sleeps 6. We spent most time in their unit which accommodated 8 places to sit. While the location of the community was great, I don't think I'd suggest unit 110."

"A few improvements needed
Overall this condo is nice. Big enough for the seven of us and easy walking distance to the beach. However, the kitchen had very few glasses and cooking utensils (I.e., no pizza pan, pizza cutter, large stew pot). The carpet was not paid properly (buckled in several places) and had many stains. When it rained, the skylight leaked and left a huge puddle of water on bathroom floor. I reported this to the office but no one ever came during our stay and it rained several days."

Love courtside, 110 was very nicely appointed with all conveniences, but was not very clean at all when we arrived. Baby's pants were filthy after crawling on carpets. Water line blew off of 3rd floor toilet while we were there, we were not offered anything for the inconvenience of ruined personal items or multiple trips that had to be made by carpet cleaners. Just seems like a high volume rental with not a lot of "give a ****". Not sure I could recommend or if we would stay here again."

"A Total Hit
Stayed on HHI twice before at different properties. This was the best stay and I hope to return next year. Far enough away from traffic, but close enough to Coligny Plaza and the beach."
