"Condo disappointed
I have been using seashore yearly for over 20 years and have never had a condo in such need of repairs. The bathrooms both had missing tiles and mold along missing tiles. Dining room table chairs were horribly stained. Refrigerator made loud noises constantly. Carpet throughout was badly stained. Usually the kitchens had been well equipped, but this one had such few utensils that we had to run dishwasher twice daily."

"Beautiful, clean, and convenient location
My husband and I had a great stay at this lovely location. The late/non office hours check in was easy. Everything was well laid out so there was no searching around for the cleaning supplies or bathroom supplies.
It's an easy short walk to the beach public access and a short drive to the shops, restaurants, and beach parking if you want an even shorter walk. Great location and price! "

"A good overall value at Hilton Head
We've been coming to Hilton Head with our children for ten years now and have stayed in a wide variety of rentals in Sea Pines, Shipyard and South Forest Beach. For a family with 1-2 children looking for a reasonable vacation on the island, 34 Courtside is a good overall value.
The first floor condo was functional and safe. The two available pools, tennis court use and closet full of beach toys, tennis equipment and beach accessories were great amenities. The rental company and check-in/check-out service were also sufficient.
The unit itself was a bit of a mixed bag. The kitchen, living/dining room and bedrooms were updated and clean. The window treatments on both sliding door access points were actually beautiful and nicer than most luxury rentals we've stayed in. Unfortunately, while the kitchen itself was fine, the appliances, utensils and cookware were not clean and in need of replacing. The bathrooms were by far the low-point of the stay being outdate, in need of repair and both having issues with black mold around the shower areas. The presence of bugs were, in our experience, "typical" for the island in summer, though the cabinet above the microwave needs to be sealed from the electrical conduit as roaches were present each time it was opened.
All-in-all, 34 Courtside met most of our expectations for our stay and when considering the reasonable rental price, it certainly represents an excellent value. We have personally paid more for rentals not as well appointed, not as clean and without the same amenities and we would recommend the rental to friends and family seeking a good value."

"Overall Good, but Need More Detailed Cleaning
We had overall a nice stay in the courtside for a short family getaway. However, we were not that happy with the cleanliness of the place, which needed a closer attention (e.g. there was a bone in the window frame, a worn sock under one of the beds, some used cotton swabs here and there, and stains on sofas, carpets, etc.). "

"Fantastic Stay
We stayed in ALL the time (unsure with Delta what to do, so we ordered take out mostly) and everything worked great. My wife eventually commented, wow we don't really need a house and can pretty much be comfortable in a unit like our Courtside unit.
Of course it was super convenient for the kids to do the tennis camp at Van De Meer 30 seconds walk away. And with the door code they could come and go at their pace. Priceless!
Pro-tip: 630-7pm (pool closes at 8), the Island pool is SUPER empty.
Will stay again. "

"Nice Condo Close to Beach
Nice unit close to beach and family friendly. Over all unit was prefect for our small family. Plenty of room and clean. Nicely equipped and furnished. Only down side are the dated bathrooms. "

"Nice size and layout
The unit was in a nice quiet area. It desperately needs attention. Saggy sleeper sofa, stains on carpet. Original fixtures in both bathrooms. The vanities were made for vertically challenged people. Not comfortable to put on make up or brush teeth. It’s about a two block walk to the beach. A nice area. It is a good value for the price I paid. The pictures make it look better than it does. Next trip I will raise my budget to hopefully find a better place. "

"LARGE & COMFORTABLE GROUND FLOOR UNIT
This unit is very nicely furnished, ground floor location, each BR has it's own bath...(really good during this covid time). The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses etc. Flatscreen only issue is that even though it is an end unit, there is very little natural light, had to burn the table lamps all day long. The patio is small and a bit overgrown with vegetation, but the pool is a very short walk away and it was great. We'll be back"

"Needs A Good Cleaning
The cleanliness was below typical standards much less what you would expect now. The tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen need major scrubbing with a bleach type cleaner. The baseboards need cleaned. The vents need removed and cleaned in all rooms. The top of the refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned in months. The furniture needs cleaned and dusted. The facility just isn’t getting the cleaning it needs. It’s getting a light surface wiping when actual scrubbing is needed. The work is not being inspected By ownership or management for quality control.
There is zero extra effort being taken for COVID.

"Great Family Getaway Spot!!!
Ground floor corner unit was very clean, well-maintained, convenient entry & location, and well lit providing light from three sides. It is a short walk to the public beach access (0.3 miles) and a half a mile from Coligny Park Beach beach access. However, free trolleys pass by frequently and provide roundtrip rides. Property located off the beating path away from traffic, but near the bike/walking path. The unit has everything... including games, beach items, a cooler, hair dryer, movies plus access to two pools which are steps away. It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. We (my husband, mother in law, and kids) were all pleased with the unit and the property manager team. It was a quick and easy check-in process. Two issues we had with the property, but can be a quick easy fix are the water temperature in the master bathroom stayed lukewarm and the master bedroom door did not lock. It is best to contact property management by phone because they are very responsive. However, when I emailed them, I never received responses to my emails."

"Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay at our condo in Hilton Head, it was exactly as shown in pictures, the only thing we didnt like up there was all the turn around, not use to them, we were a four old ladies and got lost alot, we enjoyed beach being so close by, would definitely stay there again

"Laid back beach vacation
We really enjoyed our week at Courtside on South Forest Beach! The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. You could tell that the owner makes a great effort to ensure that their property is both comfortable and pleasing to renters. It is located a short 5 min walk to the beach which was gray to be able to just pop back to the condo to get something we forgot of to get more drinks on hotter days. The pools were nice and refreshing after a hot day at the beach. The property management company was awesome to work with and you can tell they really care about renters! We will definitely be returning to Courtside for our next beach vacation!

"Great trip
We have been vacationing in HH for many years. Second time in Courtside, first time in #34. Condo was available to check in a few hours early and was very clean. We were happy that there were extra beach toys, chairs and wagon in the closet. Th only thing we had to get while out at the store was ice as the ice maker was not on or working. Pool was right out back, nice and never too crowded. Beach was a short walk. I would recommend and stay here again."

"Feeling Balanced!
A prophetic message about "Balance" was framed on our Courtside 34 homey abode and I can attest to the fact that we managed to pace ourselves and do so much from our comfortable abode - Courtside 34. As a certified tennis instructor and an avid tennis player, I even managed to hit a few serves at the Vandermeer tennis courts in our backyard and bumping into Pat Vandermeer was an unexpected pleasure.
Already, thinking of a return trip to our homebase-Courtside 34.

"Comfortable stay
This ground-floor 2 bedroom condo is spacious and comfortable. My husband and I never felt closed in, as we have sometimes felt elsewhere. This unit is very close to the tennis court and just a few steps away from the swimming pool. The king-size bed in master BR was very comfortable. The condo was very clean, but there was a distinct tobacco odor in the unit when we arrived, which was disappointing. We remedied this problem with some lavender-scented Renuzit room spray. Due to its location on the ground floor level, we will likely request this unit again."

"Close to beach but not very clean
The location of this unit is great, just 1 block from the ocean. However the cleanliness of the unit was less than desirable. The wall to wall carpeting had several stains and was very dirty and the area rugs were filthy. "

We had a great time at Courtside 34!We had 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 2-14) and had plenty of room to accommodate all of us happily! The only complaint was the showers need to be maintenanced. Other than that I would definitely stay again! We loved HHI!"

"Great for small families
We brought our 2 small children, 8 and 11 and it had all the major accommodations we needed. We would've liked to have had access to a grill or been able to bring one, however, it was prohibited. There were a few maintenance problems but they were addressed immediately. It was quiet, clean and close to the ocean and pool. Was just what we needed for the week. "

"Hilton Head Haven
This was our 4th time to Hilton Head but our first time using Seashore Vacations. We LOVED our unit! It was the NICEST one by far! The owners did an exceptional job making the place a home with so many extra things like movies, games, books, alot of kitchen utensils that most places don't give. They even had a keyless entry so we didn't even have to go to the office on Friday morning and drop keys off!
We could walk out our back sliding door and the pool was right there! We LOVED the pool! Always clean and never over crowed! The place was quiet, which we appreciated. Everyone we met during our time there was so friendly! We plan on coming back in September if we can. OH! Thank you Seashore Vacations for makiing a GYM accessible! We took advantage of the $50/week (for 4 people) at the gym 2/10 of a mile from our place! That was such a great unexpected surprise! Love the APP we could download so we could get our information and even check out. We definitely plan on using Seashore Vacations again and we will be sure to tell our friends! Thank You! "Great Stay
The location, décor, condo amenities were all perfect and excellent. The kitchen was well stocked, the décor was thoughtful and even the touches of having books,puzzles and DVDs were above and beyond. Cannot comment on the pool areas. The weather in December isn't swim season. For sure we will be back to Courtside 34"

Our weekend stay at Courtside 34 was very relaxing. The condo was very clean, close to the pool, and just a short easy walk to the beach. The check in/out procedure was simple and accommodating. I would recommend this unit to anyone but especially to those who do not want to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Also parking was provided directly in front of the unit. "
