all the comforts of home.
Feel the breeze in your hair when you Ride around on your own Street Legal Golf Cart! Enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block away or plan the family cookout on your large 12X18 deck overlooking the private pool. Or for the "social butterflys" in your group, walk across the court to the enormous community pool(heated in winter some months). You'll also want to take advantage of the 2 tennis courts
andsand volleyball pit.
So if you try to remember when the last time you truly relaxed on a
family vacation and "never" comes to mind, perhaps you should

- Rates are quoted for 8 people. Add $100 per additional person. Sleeps 10.
- Snowbirds Please Call for Monthly Rates

- Extra charge for Holiday's may apply.
- Tax: 11.0% Florida Tax
- Pet Fees run from $150-$300
- Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
- Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
- Damage Deposit: $500-$1000 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in good order.
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card
Golf Cart: $350.00 per week

Our family enjoyed our stay here at the Sunray! The accomodations were wonderful. This home provided us the oppertunity to enjoy each others company before our soldier goes back to Iraq next week.

Thank you very much for letting us use "The Sunray." We had a great time, with perfect weather. Our favorite part of the home was the private pool! The golf cart made getting to the beach easy and fun. The upstairs master bedroom was very ice too. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon! :-)
