Sunset Reef’s kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats four.
Living Room
The living room features comfortable furnishing and a complete entertainment system with cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. Adjacent to the open living room is a dining area that seats six. Sleeper sofa.
Private Fenced Yard
Soak in the sun next to your 26' x 13' / 3' to 5' deep swimming pool. Sunset Reef includes ample patio and lounging chairs as well as a gas grill.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom includes a king bed, cable TV, large closet and full private bath with his & hers sinks.
Guest Room #1
The first guest room features a queen bed and cable TV.
Guest Room #2
The second guest room features a queen bed and cable TV.
Guest Room #3
The third guest bedroom features cable TV, 2 Captain’s Bunks with a twin on top and a full on the bottom and another twin.

Rates are quoted for 10 people. Add $100 per additional person.

Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
Damage Deposit: $500-$1,500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.
