The "Red Umbrella" has three covered porches (rocking chairs on the back one), treed backyard with private 26 by 13 fenced pool, TV in every room, VCR's, and best of all, it's only a three to four minute walk to the beach. We also have the gas grill, outside shower, and for the social butterflies in your group, there's the large, heated community pool only six houses away.

Half the rental amount is required to secure the home. 30 days prior to rental, second half of rent is due.
11% Florida Tax added
$200-$800 Damage Deposit (refunded 2 days after checkout if home is left in the order it was found)

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. A cancellation fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation, transfer, or change in reservation.

If reservation is not canceled prior to four weeks (4) before check-in date, the deposit will be forfeited. Written notice is required for cancellation. (Long-term, advance monthly rentals must give 90 day notice of cancellation). We will not be flexible with refunds under any circumstances. Balance due is required to be paid upon arrival in cash, travelers checks, money order or cashiers check.
