Our Honeymoon
luls you to sleep after a sunfilled day on the beach, just outside your door. The rooms were filled with great displays of furniture and art. You could "eat off the floor" as the say. A bottle of wine and fresh flowers greeted us as we arrived, and the newspaper was delivered every day.
The owner checked with us regularly to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting Florida and Destin in particular. I took pictures of the rooms and shared with my friends who were also impressed, and plan to follow, some of whom have already made reservations.

NO "ON STREET" PARKING AFTER 11:00 PM.(UNLESS PERMISSION IS GIVEN) OR VEHICLES MAY BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE.
TRASH PICK-UP IS: (DAYS DIFFER PER EACH HOME, DAYS ARE POSTED ON FRIDGE OF EACH HOME)
1. SWEEP EXCESS SAND FROM ALL FLOORS.
2. RINSE TUBS AND SHOWERS FREE OF
SAND.
3. PUT FURNISHINGS BACK IN ORIGINAL
ORDER.
4. ALL DISHES MUST BE CLEANED,
REMOVED FROM DISHWASHER AND PUT
AWAY.
5. COUNTERS AND REFRIGERATOR WIPED
CLEAN. ANY UNOPENED FOOD MAY BE LEFT ON COUNTER OR IN FRIDGE.
6. TRASH BAGGED AND PLACED IN
OUTSIDE TRASH BIN.
7. LEAVE ALL KEYS ON KITCHEN COUNTER.
8. STRIP ONLY SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES
FROM BEDS.

COMFORTERS, PILLOW SHAMS,
ZIPPERED PILLOW CASE COVERS OR BED
PADS FROM BEDS. THIS IS THE OWNERS
OR MAIDS RESPONSIBILITY.
BEDDING IS DRYCLEANED AND IF THEY'RE STRIPPED AND MIXED WITH ANYTHING DAMP THEY STAND A CHANCE OF GETTING PERMANENTLY DAMAGED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM.
IF ANY MATTRESSES ARE "WET", LOSS OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE THE RESULT!
ANYONE STAYING PAST 10:00 A.M. CHECK-OUT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA DAY!!

THIS LIST REQUIRES.
A fee equal to 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation, transfer or change of reservation. If reservation is not cancelled prior to 37 days before check-in date, all rental and tax money sent will be forfeited. WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION.
Also, cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant refund of any rental and tax money sent. If a Mandatory Evacuation order is given, refunds will only be given by your Travel Protection policy/agent, but you must have purchased coverage before the storm was identified and/or named (check internet for travel protection agencies).
IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE COVERAGE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
If tenant has not checked in by 10 a.m. of the following day (without prior notice) home may be re-rented and loss of all rental and tax money sent will result.

Check-out time is 10 a.m. or earlier.
