Master Ocean View Suite
This 800 square foot ocean view designer-decorated master suite has floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of Santiago Bay and shoreline. It is located in the upper level with a private sun terrace.
Guests can enjoy serenity from the glassed-in water and jacuzzi jet-tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A separate toilet area provides total privacy. A large walk-in closet adjoins to a king-size bed and terrace.
Sunset Ocean View Terrace
A quiet, large designer suite with private terrace overlooking the bay and ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows, located on the upper level. Complete with sitting area, king-size bed, large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Enjoy a romantic sunset from your suite or terrace.
Sunset Ocean View Suite

Deposit
We require a 50% deposit to guarantee a reservation at Casa Las Brisas that must be paid on date of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance and $1000 damage deposit 60 days prior to your check-in date. If no damage was incurred on the house, your $1000. damage deposit will be returned within two weeks of your stay. Please contact us for payment options.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 61 days or more prior to your arrival date, your 50% deposit will be retained by Casa Las Brisas as full liquidated damages.
If you cancel your reservation 60 or less prior to your arrival date, your $1000 damage deposit and 20% of your total rent will be refunded to you. 80% of your total rent will be retained by Casa Las Brisas as full liquidated damages.
