Payment and Refunds
All rental prices are plus sales accommodation taxes (10%). Payment requirements are ½ of the rental amount less taxes in order to hold your reservation. This payment is refundable only under the following conditions:
Emergency only and only if the time period is taken and payment made by another party. In the event of a refund being made there will be a 20% of the total amount of the payment that has been made, charge for services rendered deducted from the refund.

Credit Card Hold
A Credit Card number will be required and held in case of damages and or excess cleaning is needed, you will be contacted prior to charges being made to your account.

Toiletries
Rental units will be supplied with bed linens, bath towels, blankets and toilet tissue. Bring your own soap and Beach towels & chairs.

Termination of Rental
Owner has the right to terminate for any cause considered sufficient in which case any payments or rents will be refunded pro-rata, except house parties or groups.

Check Out Cleaning
Cleaning* upon check out consists of:
- Clean Oven
- Wash dishes
- Carry out all trash and put in the Trash Chute
*Cleaning supplies and equipment will be furnished

Payment
All payments needs to be received 30 days prior to check-in, Cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa & MasterCard are accepted.

Maximum number of Guests
6 adults and 3 children OR more children and fewer adults.
Cannot Exceed 9 people (exception very small children under 6)

Equipment Failure
In the event of an appliance breakdown, which will occur a rare occasion, it will be repaired ASAP, but NO adjustment will be made on the rental rates.

House Parties
We will not rent to sororities, fraternities and etc. or Partying groups, and single adult groups under the age of 25. If property is rented for a house party or group without our knowledge, admittance will not be permitted and all monies will be forfeited.
