• Tennis Courts- 3 available ; an independent tennis pro is contracted by Lido Isle Association and is available for a fee for instruction.

Rental Policy
Minimum rental period is 14 days
Reservation 50% (50% of rental amount) to reserve your home, see cancellation policy below.
Balance of rent & security all deposits/ fees due 3 weeks before your rental start date.

Cleaning
$250.00 check out cleaning, will be taken out Security Deposit A list of everyday cleaning products/methods will be included in lease papers.

Condition of Home/List of contents form to be filled out & signed by tenant upon arrival.

City Tax
If your stay is shorter than 31 days, the city of Newport Beach has a 10% transient tax on all rentals of less than one month. This is an additional charge beyond the rental rate.

Cancellation Policy
4 month or more from reservation date - 100% refund 4 to 2 months of reservation date, 50% refund.

Less than 2 months from reservation date - forfeit of all deposit rental fees paid.

Deposits will be refunded to leasee within 14 days of end of rental period, less charges (if any).
