Start your day off with a wonderful swim or fabulous snorkel in the incredible. private 'backyard' Dever's Bay. Or stretch out on the double hammock between two coconut palms and read a book 10 feet from the lapping water. And watch dramatic sunsets from the luxurious spa or lounge chairs on the upper deck as the end of day light glistens off the trees and ocean.

Mampoo Hill was designed to take advantage of its fabulous views--from every room. This open air island home has a huge, Air Conditioned master bedroom with a double dressing area, sitting area with a queen size futon, ceiling fans, cable tv, wireless internet connection and a sumptuous four poster king size bed, The Air Conditioned guest bedroom has twin beds made up as a king, a ceiling fan, a full bathroom with a pedestal sink, and a great view.

Permission from the Kaspers is required if the guests include any children under the age of ten (10)

10% house discount for rentals OVER 14 nights

Additional Guests
Each additional guest, beyond the first two people, costs $30 per night. The house has a capacity to sleep six (6) individuals. Christmas to New Year's period starts at $525 for two people
Preference is given to size of party and length of stay.

Deposit
50% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining 50% due one month prior to arrival

Cancellation & Return Policy
Payment returned minus 10% handling charge if rerented to another party.

Fees & Taxes
An 8% Virgin Island tax will be added
