One of the very finest luxury rental homes on St. John's prestigious and quiet East end, this fabulous 5 Bedroom villa comes with every amenity possible.

The house has been totally renovated with all new furniture. Enjoy the private pool and the 180 degree panoramic view of Coral Bay and the ocean. This house is set up high for amazing views and cool breezes even in the hottest of weather.

This rental is actually two separate pods, each with two bedrooms and a family room. The two houses are connected with a pool and garden.

The house comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen and all appliances, Cable TV, computer with internet access. The house boasts 5 master suite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. This rental can sleep up to 10 Guests.

Three of the bedrooms have Queen beds, and one bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a crib for babies and two small fold out roll-away beds if needed.

Beds have silky Egyptian cotton 600 threat count fine linens. Of the four master bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two just have ceiling fans but doors that open wide for nice tropical breezes.

Activities
This is snorkeling heaven! There are beautiful white sand beaches, so uncrowded that often, there is no one there but you! Our house has a private beach for our association if you like. Or, just ride 7-8 minutes to the north side beaches which are often nearly deserted.

The house is only a 20 minute ride back to the town of Cruz Bay where the ferry from St. John lands and runs hourly. Coral Bay is on the east side of the island, where wild donkeys and goats out number people. If Jimmy Buffet hung out on St. John, he'd likely be on the east side having drinks at Island Blues or the Shipwreck or Skinny Legs.

St. John is the place to really relax and unwind with beautiful views over to Virgin Gorda, Jost Van dyke, St. Croix, and Tortolla. There are many calm beaches on St. John's north side such as Trunk Bay, Caneel Bay, and Friars Bay. These beaches make for the perfect day trip.

The average temperature in the winter is 77 degrees (Fahrenheit) and 83 degrees in the summer. There's normally a nice tropical breeze year round to keep cool in.

There's also Vi's Food Stand (shack) which is only 5 minutes from the house and located on a nice little beach.
