This luxurious beach home is perfectly located in San Clemente, CA known for having the "Best Climate on Earth." The home is just steps to the beach, pier and all that downtown has to offer.

Our home is filled with an eclectic mix of custom-made, vintage and new furniture. All mattresses are brand new and custom-made for your sleeping pleasure. New comforters and quilts are on every bed. All linens are new, exceptional quality and included in your stay (beach towels too).

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms are upstairs (one master suite and one jack-and-jill set-up great for children). The master bathroom has a Waterworks Empire Soaking Tub, separate tiled shower with rain showerhead. All fixtures and linens are from Restoration Hardware. The jack-and-jill bath has a fabulous claw-foot tub, 2 separate sink consoles and fixtures/linens from Restoration Hardware. 1 bedroom suite is downstairs with a full bathroom along with a powder room. Two decks overlook the ocean, one with a marble and iron dining table and extra plush reading chairs, the other with chairs off the master bedroom to enjoy the view. A beautifully landscaped backyard includes a patio, gas grill, lounging area, grass area to play croquet or other games and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after returning from your arduous day at the beach.

Our home features a gourmet kitchen with the latest in high end appliances and utensils. All appliances are new except for my grandparent's vintage 1940's Wedgewood Gas Stove with a griddle on top, 4 burners, oven and broiler. Most tableware, glassware and table linens are from Anthropologie.

The family room has a custom-made sofa, 2 large chairs and a long bench with comfortable cushion to either nap, play games, read or watch a movie. In addition, there is a flat screen tv, dvd/vhs, iPod Bose speaker and wireless internet ready. A movie library and games are also provided for both children and adults.

Boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas and sunscreen (not facial) are provided for your beach fun.

Our home sleeps 10-all in brand new, custom-made mattresses of all the same quality. All bedrooms have blackout shades for sleeping at night. All windows (except for 2) are casement windows which open easily to allow the ocean breeze to flow through the home.
