Newly built Key West style, tastefully decorated townhouse with three spacious bedrooms with white wicker furniture, two full bathrooms, laundry room conveniently located on the first floor, central air, imported ceramic tile and whitewashed hardwood floors throughout. Multiple decks with beautiful ocean view. Outside hot and cold shower. Nine houses to beach.

Walk to Bay Village, which is the town center, with quaint shops and excellent restaurants and Fantasy Island which has a giant water slide, amusements and miniature golf.

There is a Marina 2 blocks away from the house for watersports, boating, jetskiing and parasailing. There are also designated biking and walking/running paths nearby.

One mile away you can visit Surflight Theatre and enjoy Broadway productions like "Cats". After the Theatre stop in at the Show Place Ice Cream Parlor and be served by the singing waitstaff, an Island tradition.

Outdoor concerts are held throughout the summer at Veterans Bicentennial Park directly across the street from the Surflight Theatre.

The townhouse is located on quiet streets away from traffic and noise, which makes for a very relaxing vacation on Long Beach Island.

Local Interests/Nearby Activities Bay Village is conveniently located nearby. It is the town center for shopping with a variety of shops and excellent restaurants. Fantasy Island is right next to Bay Village and offers a waterslide, amusements and miniature golf for the children. Marinas are near both houses for boating, jet skiing and parasailing. Designated biking and walking/running paths making it convenient for those activities.

The Surflight Theatre has many Broadway productions throughout the summer and is something that should not be missed. The Showplace Ice Cream Parlor is also a special treat for all ages.

Outdoor concerts are held throughout the summer at the Veteran's Bicentennial Park, which is directly opposite the Surflight Theatre. Music lovers will really enjoy listening to the wonderful sounds.

Atlantic City is only a forty minute ride from Long Beach Island for some gambling and nightlife excitement.
