The House is placed in a very convenient location where a vehicle is not needed. You can stay here for more than a week with out renting a car and find plenty to do. Outside you can walk to the 3rd Street Promenade with fabulous shopping, zagat rated gourmet restaurants, movies, theatre, and night life.  New to the area is the Annenberg Pool.  Opened in 2009 this brand new 9 million dollar non membership beach club and pool is walking distance form the house.
