This fantastic home is decorated with European inspired design with great attention to details and the comfort of guests in mind. It offers three master suites with a king beds and private baths for the couples in your group. The first floor master suite is decorated in an exquisite French country design and includes an expansive walk in shower and wall of windows. On level 2, the first master suite includes a bath with double sinks and freestanding soaking tubs for after beach indulgence. This suite also has a private deck for relaxing, reading or enjoying quite time. The third master suite also has a private bath with double sinks in a furniture style vanity and a soaking tub for relaxing baths. Completing level 2 is a bedroom with a 2 queen beds which is perfect for a family or young adults. The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor.
The third floor kids' suite has 3 twin beds and 2 trundles which are perfect for teenagers or young children. Also on the third level is the spacious sixth bedroom/den with a wall of windows and furnished with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. This is ideal for the young family in your group or the perfect place for lounging, tv watching, playing video games, and enjoying the views. Each bedroom has a TV and private bath which are well appointed and decorated with natural stone and granite countertops.
The first level has travertine flooring throughout and provides an open great room and kitchen area, all exquisitely decorated and well-appointed. The living area which includes a fireplace with a large built in flat screen TV above, is flooded with light from the wall of French doors which opens to the deck and provides stunning views of the outdoors. Built-in bookshelves flank both sides of the fireplace. The dining room which boasts a wall of windows and a massive antique pecan wood table with rustic French country chairs will be a great place for up to 12 to dine comfortably. Along the almost 10 foot kitchen island are 6 counter stools for additional dining. You may also enjoy outdoor dining with beautiful views from the outdoor deck with dining table for eight. On the first floor is also a powder room which is easily accessed from the pool.
On the third floor is a wet bar with microwave and mini refrigerator. Up to the fourth level and out onto the roof top deck you will discover the breath taking view of the nearby ocean, tidal marsh and pine forest. This is the perfect place for watching the sun rise or sunset, or relaxing and enjoying the sun or stars. Back to the ground floor is a private back yard with pool, gas grill, lounge chairs and seating area.
Less than a block away is the island's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. There is nearby beach access less than a 0.3 miles walk from the home. Additionally, beach access area with metered parking can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes. This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach Memorial Day through Labor Day, but does NOT operate on Saturdays.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
