This ongoing remodeled, spectacular house is perfect for a multi-family stay. Located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound, it is great for water fun for kids since there is no undertow! Come enjoy your own soundside beach, perfect for family fun since its not crowded. Fish for dinner in your backyard! Or sway in the hammock as the sun starts to set! The Gulf of Mexico beach is a 5 minute walk away. Two restaurants are within walking distance. Deep sea fishing available 40 minutes away in Destin. We have five bedrooms, one king, three queens and one for the kids with bunk beds that will easily sleep 3 kids. Overflow sleeping available on pullout sofa. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT RENT TO COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL OR ANY STUDENT GROUPS! RENTERS MUST BE MINIMUM OF 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.

Policy

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. No pets allowed. Must be 25 years of age to rent. We only rent to guests that will treat our home with respect. A telephone conversation will preceed a contract to determine if our home is a suitable match for your vacation habits. We would be pleased to host your vacation for a Saturday arrival-Saturday departure. All reservationis must be within a Saturday-Saturday time frame during high season. No exceptions!!! In Winter, we will accept reservations for less than 7 nights. RATES: August 24-September 21, 2013....$1900 per week No weddings or receptions (Sat-Sat), September 21-October 5, 2013...$1300 per week  (Saturday-Saturday), October 5, 2013-January 4, 2014...$1200 per week (Saturday-Saturday)
$200 cleaning fee, 10.5% tax, $500 refundable security deposit

Bring your boat! We provide a private boat slip. The neighborhood has a small pool. Fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, all linens provided. Large garage. Each bedroom has TV/DVD. Hair dryers in each bathroom. There's an outdoor shower to clean up the kiddies when they're done playing in the surf of your private beach. We provide all the beach chairs you'll need! Fire up the Weber to cook that fish you just caught from the back yard....or the steak you bought from the convenient Publix just across the bridge.
