This home lies just 50 feet west of Bradshaw Beach and you have a private walkway to the beach, with only one home to pass to reach the ocean. (There is a private sitting area to watch the sunrise and enjoy your coffee on the dune) Outdoor gas grill and Fire Pit enhance a beautiful fenced in back yard where you can enjoy evenings with your family!
Our private beach has lifeguards and 8 beach passes are included with the rental. Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.
If you are a large family, you can also rent the Oceanfront home which has 6 bedrooms 5.5 baths for an additional charge. This is an ideal setup for extended family or family reunion. For multiple dates and availability please contact us early.
We provide 0ff-street parking for 2 cars with ample on-street parking for day & night just 2 blocks away.
Policy
This spacious house is available from $3,000.00-$6,000 per week in season. We ask for a $1,000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.
After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards.
The home is furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed, such as dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, towels, toiletries, etc. (Rental Linens are available for an additional charge. Please inquire)
Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do their dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest.
Pets will be considered.

Our home is kept in the best possible condition, but occasionally something will malfunction. We cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances. We do guarantee that repairs will be made to keep our home and its equipment in good working order. Please notify us of any difficulty you incur during your stay so repairs can be made. The lease will only be in one person's name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept sharing. We are willing to consider two families. We want your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. If you have any questions, please write or call.
Refund policy: If you will not be able to make your stay, 6 months notification is needed. Cancellation is subject to the terms of the Short Term Lease. A 10% fee will be withheld on all refunds/deposits. No Refunds After April 1 of the rental year.
