The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and wet bar will make entertaining and cooking an absolute pleasure.

There are 2 master bedroom King suites with private bathrooms and views. The 3rd bedroom has a pair of twin beds. The fourth bedroom is handicap accessible with a Queen and wide door for wheelchair access, and just down the hall is the handicap accessible bathroom.

The kids will love the grassy play area in back of the house including a sand pit for play, and you'll find the outside shower handy for easy beach clean ups. The upstairs room is perfect for kids of all ages or adults. There are 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 sofas, TV/VCR/DVD.

The upper level deck is perfect for soaking in the 8 person hot tub ($50 additional flat fee for use), watching the sunsets in the ocean, or the clouds hovering over Tillamook Head.

Much thought and loving care went into the design of this home right down to every detail.

Rental Rates

A security deposit is required to reserve a house. The reservation must be secured by reciept of the security deposit within two weeks of the confirmation date, or the date cited in the reservation confirmation, should the arrival date be sooner. All reservations must be paid for in advance. Room moves are not allowed after arrival and are considered cancelled reservations with applicable penalties.

**All rental homes in Seaside are subject to a nightly room tax of 9% which will be charged in addition to the room rent.
